ホテルの従業員の接待態度は親切でよかった。朝食は種類が豊富でよかった。 テレビがみられなかった。部屋が古い、浴室にハンドシャワーがなく不便でした。 |

コンシェルジェは的確なアドバイスをくれてよかった。しかし、フロントスタッフは冷たい対応の人もいた。（- ホテルとは思えない態度）朝食は種類が豊富、味もよく、スタッフ人数が豊富にいて食器を頻繁に提げてくれた- 。４つ星レベルを実感できる内容だった。おそらく古い建物だと思われるが、内装もよかったし、エレベータや- 部屋の設備も新しくよかった。 フロントスタッフに愛想よくない人がいる。 |

ハロッズに徒歩で行けるので、非常に便利でした。また、地下鉄も２ラインにアクセス可能なので、他のエリア- へも出やすいです。ロンドン塔へは遠いですが、ロンドンは広いので仕方ありません。私は立地、ホテルの清潔- さともに非常に満足でした。朝食もおいしかったです。 |

夫婦で3連泊をしましたが、最初の1泊目がダブルブッキングのためシングルにそれぞれ泊まらなければならな- なかったがその後の2泊は豪華な部屋に泊まることができました。 |

建物は若干古いが、高級感と威厳を感じる。値段の割に部屋は広く清潔で、バスタブも備え付けられており、快- 適。部屋ではケーブルによるインターネット接続が無料なのがありがたい。 |

予約のページでは、ネットは公共の場のみ使用可となっていましたが、全室部屋で高速インターネット使用可能- です。予約が喫煙ルームとなっていましたが、全室禁煙で、喫煙するとむしろペナルティーをとられます。この- サイトの情報が古いようですので、できるだけ新しいものにするようときどきチェックされるといいですね。 お風呂にジャグジーがついていて、部屋もきれいでした。ほとんど不満はありませんでした。ただ、しいて言え- ば、朝早くどなたかが部屋を出て行くと、その音がかなり響きました。音がきこえやすいですね。 |

立地が良く、朝食が充実している。 24時間ルームサービス可能で、大変便利。 泊った部屋のバスタブがジャグジー付きで、とても良かった。 建物が古い為、廊下を歩くとギシギシ音がする。 |

This hotel is ideally situated for visiting the museums, Harrods etc and is only a few minutes walk from Hyde Park and the Albert Hall. All the staff were friendly and helpfull, and we will definately use the hotel again when staying in London |

we stayed at the rembrant to celebrate my brothers pearl wedding and were made very welcome and comfortable. nothing was to much trouble for the staff, and although unfortunatly we had to leave early due to unforseen circumstances i would have have no qualms at recommending this hotel and would use this hotel again without reservation.the restuarant was very good value and really good quality food. |

We didn't know what to expect as we booked the hotel on the internet. We were very pleased when we arrived, the staff were very curtious and helpful, the hotel was beautifully presented and the location was perfect for the West end. Will definitely be staying here again. |

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 5 years and the standard is maintained. The air conditioning/ventilation is very noisy in the bathroom. |

The ease of checking in didn't have to wait long. The bed room comfort although room was slightly small. Mini bar prices too high, late check out facilities unavailable, bathroom could be upfated in decor ad well as the room. |

The best part for both my wife and I was checking out after our final night Food service in the restaurant was poor, what we ordered wasn't what we received, even after it was sent back. The Hotel rooms were far to hot, it was like living in a sauna, even with the air-conditioning on cold all night. For a four star hotel the state of decoration wasn't up to standard with some lights not working and constant obstacles on the stairwells. |

very convenient as to shopping eg Harrods and museums eg V and A and a host of pleasant coffee and eating spots; good concierge service; good breakfast, all in all a very pleasing experience |

good location nice rooms excellent staff. average facilities good welcome at hotel excellent facilities.in the area. lounge and bar and breakfast area looked tired and a strong smell.extra for the use of the spa area, not smart get a few things right and this would be a great hotel. |
