La hotelul dumneavoastra am avut doua surprize, si anume: 1) Am avut rezervata o camera dubla in luna martie 2009 pentru 5 nopti.Am achitat cu card .La hotel am avut surpriza sa constat ca figurez cu 4 nopti. 2) Am primit camera 559 care a fost cam mica pentru 4*cred ca este camera single, iar in a doua seara dupa o ploaie am costatat ca ne ploua in camera chiar in pat.A doua zi am primit o alta camera care avea aspect de 4*. Chiar daca nu toate camerele sunt la fel ca si marime, cred ca la confort ar trebui sa indeplineasca toate conditii de 4*. |

Amplasare excelenta a hotelului pentru cei interesati in a vizita centrul Londrei, cu confort ridicat si servicii de calitate. Nu dispune de spatiu suficient pentru sala de fitness care este si dificil de accesat. |

This hotel is ideally situated for visiting the museums, Harrods etc and is only a few minutes walk from Hyde Park and the Albert Hall. All the staff were friendly and helpfull, and we will definately use the hotel again when staying in London |

The hotel was in an excellent location and very well presented, nice comfortable bar area. The reception staff could have been friendlier and the breakfast was cold. |

Liked the location but this was the third and last time we stayed at the Rembrandt There were quite a few things. I wrote the management but have not got a reply yet |

we stayed at the rembrant to celebrate my brothers pearl wedding and were made very welcome and comfortable. nothing was to much trouble for the staff, and although unfortunatly we had to leave early due to unforseen circumstances i would have have no qualms at recommending this hotel and would use this hotel again without reservation.the restuarant was very good value and really good quality food. |

My party of 4 adults were extremely satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, exceeding all our expectations.The rooms were spacious, very well equiped you could not ask for more. The breakfast was exceptional and relaxed , great way to start a Sunday in London, We could not fault the staff, all round very good, would stay there again, Just 1 grouse we all found the rooms to be to hot , the air conditioning did not help the rooms were too hot, although it was November, no control over the heating |

We didn't know what to expect as we booked the hotel on the internet. We were very pleased when we arrived, the staff were very curtious and helpful, the hotel was beautifully presented and the location was perfect for the West end. Will definitely be staying here again. |

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 5 years and the standard is maintained. The air conditioning/ventilation is very noisy in the bathroom. |

The ease of checking in didn't have to wait long. The bed room comfort although room was slightly small. Mini bar prices too high, late check out facilities unavailable, bathroom could be upfated in decor ad well as the room. |

The best part for both my wife and I was checking out after our final night Food service in the restaurant was poor, what we ordered wasn't what we received, even after it was sent back. The Hotel rooms were far to hot, it was like living in a sauna, even with the air-conditioning on cold all night. For a four star hotel the state of decoration wasn't up to standard with some lights not working and constant obstacles on the stairwells. |

very convenient as to shopping eg Harrods and museums eg V and A and a host of pleasant coffee and eating spots; good concierge service; good breakfast, all in all a very pleasing experience |

good location nice rooms excellent staff. average facilities good welcome at hotel excellent facilities.in the area. lounge and bar and breakfast area looked tired and a strong smell.extra for the use of the spa area, not smart get a few things right and this would be a great hotel. |

Great position - directly opposite V and A and 2 mins from other big museums. 5 or 6 stops on the Picadilly line and the theatres are there - fantastic! Even complimentary wine for our wedding anniversary - absolutely brilliant! |
