Very good parking for a small hotel. Also, the decor is outstanding and it is immaculate throughout. Breakfast is also very good if a little rushed. No evening meal facilities.

Although room was quite small it was very well appointed and the bathroom was large and beautiful. The breakfasts were excellent, the staff friendly and it was a good price for sharing with a frined. A couple of minor things as it was rated 4 star: Towels were large and fluffy but there was poorer provision of the tolietries, for example there were two peopl staying in our room and only one lot of shoer gel provided, the quality of the toitetries were also not conmensurate with a 4 star hotel. Additionally the breakfast on the weekend could go on a bit later say 8-11 or 8-10.30. These are really monir comments though and I would highly recommend it and woudl stay again. It is quite a long way to walk into the centre but buses are very frequent.

The decor was very attractive, the staff were excellent, the breakfast bar was included in the price and was great, and the local bus to the centre of Oxford was very close and came frequently.

Having to go outside to get to the main areas eg restaurant. Breakfast starts too late for business travelleres (07:30am). The traffic is very bad by that time, so it you eat, you're late for work.

We stayed there 1 week ago. The hotel location is accessible and easy to locate. The hotel has it's own parking space just right outside the house therefore it's very convenient for us as we have young kids with us. They served very proper range of breakfast and very tasty. Breakfast definitely deserve the good comment by all customers. The room we stayed was warm even with the heater off and we guess it's the decoration in the room. They had the room decor with red fiery oil painting, dark brown curtain almost earthy colors in the room. Spot lights shine just above the bed but luckily there is a fan provided in the room. Breakfast sever till 9am which is abit early for us.

The Remont is a wonderful hotel, the room was great and the bathroom was huge with lovely bath and shower facilities. The hotel is a 10 minute bus ride right into the city centre with buses every 5 minutes. The price of the hotel was fantastic compared to city centre hotels, the hotel is perfect for couples, families, and business etc. Breakfast included was lovely.

Comfortable, functional, stylish beautifully maintained small hotel. It was practical, secure, quiet and welcoming. Everything worked beautifully. The staff were not pushy but were helpful and courteous. Parking was easy and safe.. Breakfast in a delightful airy room with a view to the back and over the garden was an excellent buffet which would meet most needs and good attentive service was always on hand. I cannot praise the Remont enough and would certainly return if I stay in Oxford again. The only thing I would say against it is its position which is a good walk into the city centre. Knowing Oxford though I am pretty sure you would not find a gem like this closer in and its proximity to the northern ring road, Marston Ferry Road and local services is ample compensation.

The overall cleanliness and presentation of all areas. Obviously a lot of thought had gone into the conversion and the dining room especially was very pleasant overlooking a well kept garden. We were in room 14 which gets a fair amount of traffic noise so would request a different room if we return. It would be a bonus if evening meals were available.

Had a wonderful stay at the Remont in a triple room. Everything about the place was lovely including breakfast. Although a little out of the city centre easy to get into Oxford on the bus (stop just outside and took about 10 mins) and nice restaurants etc nearby in Summertown. Staff friendly allowing us to book in early and giving us tea while we waited. Overall would definately recommend-a real find!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We had the very spacious executive double ( room 20) and it felt like a secluded sanctuary away from everything at the top of the building. The huge bed was lovely and comfortable. Very clean bathroom. Quality of food was very good. Staff were very accommodating, happy to put our wine and lunch in the fridge. I would definitely return.

We stayed at the Remont for just one night in February 2012, as it was very close to where our son was staying and we were visiting him for the weekend. The hotel has been very practically and stylishly designed and was ideal for our requirements. There was plenty of on-site parking, which was a good start and our room was very chic, very clean and a good size. The tea making facilities were very welcome. The ensuite was more than adequate and, again, spotlessly clean. The breakfast was a comprehensive selection of continental/english and was well presented and plentiful. I had the english breakfast which was very well cooked and you could have as much as you wanted. The service at the hotel was excellent. We were welcomed with a big smile by Miriam, who was an absolute delight and nothing was ever too much trouble for her. Other staff were also very helpful and friendly. All-in-all a very, very pleasant stay. It is a fair distance from the town centre (about 2 miles), but for our purposes, it was a great choice.

The Remont is in a great location. We took a taxi to Oxford City Centre which was only £4.60. Our room was spacious and big enough for two adults and one 10 year old. The room was clean and modern as was the rest of the Remont. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and a great choice for us all. We would definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Oxford.
