Renaissance Manchester Hotel

The rooms were very dated as was the outside of the hotel. Robbies restaurant was quite expensive also.

City centre location, nice sized room.

Valet parking was very very poor, as car par is under the hotel surely some alternative arrangements could be thought out to allow guest to self park.

The staff were very helpful when I queried why they were charging me an extra 20 pounds for a spare bed when the booking I made said there was no extra charge. They were very efficient and agreed with me without fuss. They were very polite at all times and nothing was a problem to them, I like that type of service. Hint....

the location of this hotel was very good as we had a show booked and we were in walking distance.

The location was perfect for us. The hotel was very busy at the time of our stay, however we were treated very well and our room was spacious, clean and well equiped.

Waiting for the lifts, which were always packed, slow and there aren't enough of them for the size of the hotel.
