City centre location, nice sized room. Valet parking was very very poor, as car par is under the hotel surely some alternative arrangements could be thought out to allow guest to self park. |

The staff were very helpful when I queried why they were charging me an extra 20 pounds for a spare bed when the booking I made said there was no extra charge. They were very efficient and agreed with me without fuss. They were very polite at all times and nothing was a problem to them, I like that type of service. Hint.... |

Very good standard of room. Close to MEN Arena, ten minutes comfortable walk but all restaurants in the surrounding city area had closed before the concert ended at 11 p.m. Excellent hotel night service for food and drinks, prompt and well presented. Small dining area for breakfast and adjacent small bar area, both with no external light so it felt claustrophobic. |

Being in the city centre - room service. Our room was upgraded free of charge, we were put on the club level and had a suite with a view. Only booked basic double room. |

The location was perfect for us. The hotel was very busy at the time of our stay, however we were treated very well and our room was spacious, clean and well equiped. Waiting for the lifts, which were always packed, slow and there aren't enough of them for the size of the hotel. |
