The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and had a good selection. The rooms were fairly small but still comfortable. |

The staff were lovely and friendly, the room was very, very nice and the location was terrific. The lifts. They seem to take forever. As I was only on the second floor, it would have been great if I had been able to take the stairs. Unfortunately, I was told I wasn't allowed. Stairs should always be available to those patrons who wish to use them. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful the room was comfortable. Excellent breakfast. I apprecaite the hotel is quite old even though the decor is in good condition in the bedrooms. My only criticism would be the smell of it when I walk in. It was a damp smell, on investigation it was clearly the from the bathroom as there was no extractor fan to take out the steam which obvioulsy sits on the fixtures and fittings and becomes quite stale. I think you should invest in new extractor fans. |

Great location with on site secure parking. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. The TV system is archaic and barely functioning. The breakfast is extortionately priced. |

City centre location, nice sized room. Valet parking was very very poor, as car par is under the hotel surely some alternative arrangements could be thought out to allow guest to self park. |
