    The location was excellent. So close to Euston. This is the quirkiest hotel We have stayed in.The Reception Staff more than helpful. The Booking Office which has been turned into Bar/Restaurant absolutely amazing. We had rooms in new part which were excellent. Good size and very well furnished.

    The only criticism were the towels. They were not, in our opinion, luxury hotel standard.

    Loved the room, the bed, the shower and its location. The building is just a fairytale

    The window was pretty small and the views were not the best. I didnt care though, the hotel is just perfect.

    The staff, the bed, the building, the location

    No view! Very small window facing the roof of the station which was a major dissapointment. There were also only 2 regular tea bags in the room, very mean.

    1. I Booked Barlow King room with breakfast and was told on the reception the breakfast was not included. 2. Not possible to open windows, despite A/C there is no fresh air in the room and in the corridors on the floor. 3. It's very strange to notice, but it seems hotels in London in general do not feature a toilet brush. 4. Shabby walls in bathrooms, you can clearly notice water stains on the corners. 5. Fish and toilet smell in the elevators, extremely poor ventilation.

    Beautiful building and proximity to amenities of St Pancras station.

    Constant air con and inability to open window; we asked for it to be opened and they said they were not 'allowed' to. I was traveling w/ my elderly father and we both suffered great discomfotn from sleeping in such a dry environment.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Very satisfactory breakfast.

    Looking out of my bedroom window to see only a brick wall! At these prices I expect a clear view and a reasonable degree of natural daylight. Extremely disappointed after all I had heard about hotel; would not stay again.

    food was excellant reception sitting area was excellant spa very good quality of food and selection of breakfast fantastic

    thought the service at breakfast was slow felt they needed more staff. that is a minor point as customer service was excellant and will definitely be staying again

    The breakfast was excellent

    Those big deep low chairs at breakfast lounge are not really suitable to eat in them and the lack of lighting too. Swimming pool should be available by all guests and not just for spa guests. Air conditioning control is not adjustable

    Have stayed several times before, but this was the first time in the Gilbert Scott restaurant. Fantastic!

    Very clean. Good location. Impressive building.

    Some of the staff had a bad attitude. Resolving of problem was poor. Very disappointed.

    The location when carrying luggage from King's Cross. Access to a range of shops and restaurants in St. Pancras until very late. Access to tube station and buses. The Hotel was an amazing piece of architecture sympathetically restored. Very helpful and friendly staff.

    I would have expected complimentary bottled water in the room. Which is usually available in most hotels. Apart from this it was all good.

    beautiful building with many excellent features and public rooms. Food was very good if pricey

    poor reception on arrival - had a muddle with rooms and kept us waiting. We were then upgraded so good outcome
