Location near tube station.
Price bit much, nothing special.
Bed and service and food in the Office Bar
Twice we've been there and each time put in top floor with tiny window. Wifi didn't work in room.
Pleasant, efficient staff. Nothing too much trouble.
Excellent for an overnight before travelling, easy access to Eurostar/Kings Cross. Absolutely no hassle. Beautiful surroundings, lovely room and even managed a swim before dinner.
Restaurant very busy and choice of food limited. The lounge a bit too open and echoing.
The staff were truly helpful and we had a fantastic free tour of the hotel. The beds were comfy and the food delicious.
Even though we were in one of the more reasonably priced rooms it would have been nice to have free wifi.
Wonderful, comfy bed and very nice decor. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious and substantial. Also being connected to St Pancras international train station for Eurostar was very convenient. Highly recommend.
It was my husbands birthday & cakes were in our room on arrival, also breakfast area was busy in the morning and we were taken to the private lounge for breakfast, very nice touch.
Everything, it lived up to our expectations, we were therefor a special occasion , but it's a lot of money, hope to return one day.
Room was lovely, very comfy bed and all very clean. Staff very helpful, pool very small but still nice surroundings.
Room had a wall for a view, so felt very dark and claustrophobic; the only plus side to that was it was nice and quiet if that was more important to you!
I extremely enjoyed my two weeks at the Renaissance, staff were extremely friendly and all my issues were solved as soon as possible with not much delay.
Everything. We were only there for 2 nights and wish we had had longer!
Excellent location, very clean, very comfortable
didn,t feel very welcome, very expensive for what it is,stayed in much cheaper hotels, and got far better service,!!
Excellent location, atmosphere, would like to stay again in near future!
Bed, aircondition, cleanliness
There were two of us and only one dressing gown, also we has a problem with the air conditioning, we were assured that some one would attend. They did not!
Excellent location, staff very friendly
The people above very noisy must have had very young children who stayed up,late and got up very early.
Great comfort and excellent customer service
The pool and facilities.
Hotel was relaxing and was convinetly located for visits to all areas of London
Having to put up a fight to get the room that we had actually booked. Or should say one of the rooms . This really wasn't a great start to a planned relaxing break.really dissapointed by this and the lack of consideration from the front desk. After several heated calls to reception they gave us one of the room that we had actually booked.
The hotel is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The architecture is magnificent. Friendly staff and comfortable room. We were traveling to Paris and left from San Pancras Station and staying here made it very convenient, just a short walk to the train. I would stay in this hotel again.
The cleaning staff took a small magnifying mirror from the bathroom and I could never find it again. Asked a few times but they could not locate it. Not an expensive thing but I needed it...
Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was big and spacious bed was comfortable, traveled with my 9 month old and everything was setup in the room ready was very satisfied with my stay.
Wasn't told how to use the lift and couldn't turn air con off.
No free wi-fi in rooms
Attention to Detail very good
Stayed here because near to station but it proved to be so much more than just a stopover Historic features great friendly service made this a great start to our holiday
The bar and foyer are absolutely amazing. The renovation to Kings Cross St Pancras is incredible. They helped us out with a very early check-in which we are very thankful for. The spa is also quite cool too.
It felt like the hotel was doing what it could to cut costs - charging for wifi and not refilling tea and coffee after the first night is needlessly annoying and cheeky given the prices the hotel is charging. If you want to be 5*, you have to ace basic services.
The bath room had urine stains on the floor by the toilet when we informed the reception they didn't seem that bothered
