the rooms were very comfy and roomy good tv selection As there was nothing that we fancied on the food menu we ordered a pizza and when it arrived and only after we ordered our drinks we were informed that we were not allowed to eat it the bar area. The only place we could eat it was in our room.

Friendly staff, stylish interior and a good level of cleanliness as well as the location which was easy to get to. As the Hotel didnt have its own carpark we had to pay nearly £10 for the parking facilities at the Q-Park which was after the discount.

The price was value for money. It was very nice, trendy & up market. Their parking is poorly advertised. There was 'no parking' on the website. Nearby NCP parking is £12 per 24hrs, but if you're in after 6pm then out by 8am it is £3 which luckily fitted my requirements. However, when checking out, the receptionist advised there is nearby hotel parking for £2 if in after 3pm & out by 10am. This needs to be better advertised.

Nice hotel, staff friendly (none are English), room modern with comfy bed, all types of movies free in room, nice bathroom with rain shower head, window didnt open, room quite warm in morning. Food in bar nice, as was breakfast, bit slow checking out, no parking onsite so used the oracle car park which was a 5 min walk via shopping centre. All in all a nice overnight stop and would stay again.

Nice hotel, good location if you have to be in Reading for business, decently priced. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly staff, who speak Polish which pleased my colleague.. Small gym, but that's still better than no gym. I saw people eating giant hamburgers at the hotel bar, and will try one of those during my next stay...

The open plan bar and lounge area (very modern). The staff were very polite, helpful, but not too intrusive (they were there when needed). The bar man in the hotel during the evening (23rd Dec) was very friendly and professional. Top stuff. The parking available was a multistorey about 2 minutes walk away, whereas most hotels will have on site parking.

Was nicely designed and very spacious. Lovely shower and room was very nicely presented. Nice to have a flat screen in room with good channels. Reception staff were very rude and not helpful at all. No heating in the room which took 3 attempts to get some heating in the room which was very minimal so ended up in bed under covers to keep warm. 2 single duvets on a huge bed which wasnt very romantic as we booked the room for our first wedding anniversary.

There was a problem with out booking, however the hotel resolved it very politely and efficiently. The staff are excellent, probably the best staff at any hotel I have stayed in. The rooms are comfortable, clean and bright.Breakfast is excellent. No parking, had to use a public car park, however it is only a couple of hundred yards away and the hotel give you a ticket which restricts the price to £10 a day. My Sat Nav had difficulty finding, however that's not the hotels faults!
