Its location was central and the staff were very courteous and very willing to answer any questions. Its perfect for a weekend away with all facilities nearby without breaking the bank to stay. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was superb. |

Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The location was central and the rooms more than adequately furnished, especially given the price. The hotel has no lifts and we were on the top floor! Also it is reached by a further flight of stairs and is near the top of a steep hill. These bothered my partner, who has knee problems, more than it did me but it was tiring for both of us. |

The room was clean and pleasant and the Hotel is very close to Glasgow city centre. Shower, TV, etc. worked fine. The walls are very thin so you can hear every word spoken in the next room. Especially when you have noisy neigbours, earplugs might be in order. The window frame was broken in one corner and the window was hard to open and close. |

The friendly night porter who was eager to help if we had any question. The location near to Sauchiehall street. We were relieved to see that the hotel wasn't as much a disaster as we feared when we read some comments on the internet (bed bugs, fleas, strongly recommended not to go there, stay away, ...) The hotel could do with some repainting/wallpapering. |

The inclusive breakfast was great and served extremely quickly. The hotel has a fantastic central location which means you can walk everywhere - especially handy if you want to avoid having to find a taxi at the end of a night out. As per most guesthouses/B&Bs in the area with this kind of budget rate, the decor is extremely dated and could do with an upgrade. |
