Dingyi room, worn carpets, poor decor. Expensive to use hotel car park.
location breakfast only good points.
stayed on top floor no lift needed oxygen by the time I got to my room floor creeked when walkon. will not be back.
The bedding were not clean. And carry a big luggage to the 4th floor by staircase was not fun.
Close to station
Mouldy smell in room steep awkward stairs very noisy street sound lat into night. Suspect price bumped up in games week.
great staff good breakfast good tea/coffee making facilities Good location
rooms look dated no mirror in bedroom, only one small one in bathroom-difficult to blow dry hair when there is no mirror next to wall mounted hair dryer!!!!!! bedroom door very difficult to open, needed to use shoulder power every time to get it open ¡! lights over bed not working
Convenience of hotel to centre of town. Room was lovely. Breakfast was first class
Windows could do with being double glazed although this may not be possible due to building regulations but it would be much quieter
Convenience to railway station
Attitude of staff No safe luggage room In need of update
Great location in town and next to station.Had a lovely large twin room at the front. Great value use it a lot.
climbing all the stairs to get to our room
staff were helpful, the hotel was right near the station but not noisy. Good value
needs a good refurbishment
friendly staff comfortable beds
location convenient but questionable - may not be suitable for women travelling alone no lift / elevator very overpriced during games
Friendly and helpful staff.
Stairs were a challenge when full of the soup
The breakfast and Dining Room were fine
Rooms a bit tired No Lift facilities
Comfortable bed, breakfast included was added bonus.
Unsavoury characters loitering by entrance . . . not the fault of the hotel and not sure what they could do in any case.
There was no remote for my TV and despite requesting one on two occasions, none appeared!
Great value for money, clean room, good shower, great breakfast, very helpful and kind staff!
Very Convenient and good value. Staff friendly and helpful
Very noisy (from the street) but that's the price you pay for central Glasgow
The location. Close to the station but not actually in the complex.
Almost everything. No lift and staff were unwilling to help carry our cases up a narrow, steep stair. Decor neglected and shabby. Rooms dated and uncomfortable. Wifi only available in the small uncomfortable lounge.
very nice staff
wi-fi only in lounge
