Easy to find Very noisy. Windows unsafe if smaller children around as no safe open option. No lift or disabled access. Stair carpets worn and unsafe in places. Bed and floor shook constantly through night with trains in station next door

Location Breakfast and waitress serving breakfast was nice Poor service as one of the room occupant made noise during the night screaming and crying from 1am till 3am when police took her out horribly and made me terrified and there were no apology and responsibility for security The window was not close properly and the heating was noisy and cold Shaking floor while train passing through Dirty and smelly carpet

friendly staff - great location - Comp full Scottish breakfast The Stairs ! there are no elevators in this hotel and the climb up the stairs to the top is really for healthy people only. This hotel desperately needs an elevator

We arrived early morning (07:30) but couldnt check in til 13:00 but the young receptionist was excellent allowing us to stow are luggage in a room so we could go out and explore the lovely city. When we did check in the room was beyond my expectations (internet stated budget hotel) this was far from budget. The room was clean well maintained and no noise considering we backed on to the railway station. Breakfast the following morning was excellent, the waitress attended to us straight away and served us our breakfast in record time. All the staff have very good customer service skills and need a heep of praise, also their knowledge of the local area was spot on. A very well done thank you. Absolutely nothing I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family

the closeness to the centre of Glasgow NO LIFT and I was on the third floor. I had 2 suitcases so it was no fun Also only shower in the room no bath would have to take a room on the 4th floor for this facility, but the stairs to this facility were; steep winding, unlevel and in my opinion Dangerous(especially when trying to carry luggage
