What a great place to stay, everything was spot on. The room was bright and clean, the bathroom was spotless. I can't speak highly enough of this motel. You have to try it.

Location was perfect in a beautiful location with friendly welcome and great local pub in walking distance. Rooms were very clean well furnished and Great to have full size mugs in the room with decent tea and coffee. Only evening noises were the wildlife and local sheep a really relaxing tranquil setting away from tourist trappings

We liked everything however Wifi would be nice as the area has very poor mobile reception but it would not stop is coming back

Good location. Friendly welcome and helpful. Rooms good size and very comfortable. Village in walking distance with charming tea rooms (good breakfast!) and The Lamb public house was full of character. Also a Co-op food store for everyday needs.

View from the back of the property but I understand this is an ongoing development of the Motel.

Friendly owners. Good location. Good value for money.

Struggling to think of negative points - Bed a bit too soft (personal preference), shower temperature varied in use.

Cleanliness, bed linen and towels better than in some 4star hotels Able to be on your own, no one looking over your shoulder Excellent value for money paid

possibly they could make sure that there are sufficient of each refreshment ie hot chocolate and biscuits for each guest. We did have to share these

Clean and cheap, great for a short stay.

Breakfast area was in a large conservatory so got very warm on a hot day. Staff was hard to come by.

It was what it says it is and they were happy for us to leave our car there for the day whilst we walked to Cheddar Gorge and back.

We weren't able to connect to wifi in the room that we had.

The room was very pleasant and comfortable. Provided all I needed for a one night stay, with tea/coffee and clean linen, room and bathroom.

There were some signs of damp/mould on the built in cabinet housing the cups/tea etc. Otherwise, everything was fine the proprietor particularly helpful, as the business credit card hadn't worked but I was allowed to stay and the bill sorted when I was back at office!

The room, the bed was amazingly comfy, it was close enough to Cheddar Gorge to get taxis who in fact the hotel owner was a taxi firm.

Situation of the tv was too high.
