Residence 6 Luxury Serviced Apartments  

The location was perfect, within walking distance of the train station and main shopping areas. I totally loved the contemporary style of the apartment, which featured high ceilings with skylight, tasteful furnishings, and duplex layout. Facilities included good quality kitchenette and bathrooms. The whole place was spacious and well-heated, which was important as we visited at a cold time of year and came from a hot climate! The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Parking was available, but the access was very narrow - we only just managed to get in there with our rather large hired Volvo! Sometimes the hot water ran out rather quickly for showers, although as we are a family of four this was perhaps to be expected.

It was ideal for us. Very nice position and surprisingly quiet; good outlook (Apartment 5). Comfortable and well equipped. We like the freedom of doing our own thing rather than having hotel meals. It would have been nice to have had a bath option, but the shower was good. The staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. As we were delayed, we appreciated the telephone call enquiring about our progress - and after I went off to park the car the receptionist was kindly waiting outside to make sure that I had found it safely!

The folder giving details of amenities needs updating - there were a lot of references to 2005/6 statistics and no mention that wi-fi was available. Could do with better-hanging curtains in bedroom; we had to prop books against the middle and ends to shut out the street lights outside! I am not sure that directions were provided when booking online?

Located right in the centre of Leeds with easy access to train station, quality restaurants on the doorstep, near to all shopping areas and a beautiful building. A great deal of thought has been put in to making your stay as pleasant as possible with lots of lovely finishing touches.

Fantastic apartment with all mod cons - really enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous apartment, renovated to high standard, fab little molton brown toiletries, staff excellent, very clean and even a welcome pack with milk, loaf, drinks and crisps! Fab stay would highly recommend.

Well appointed, comfortable apartment in a fantastic central position. Excellent bathrooms and well equipped kitchen - much appreciated the welcome pack of bread, milk, butter and jam left in the fridge.

Very helpful staff. One bed apartments very spacious and comfortable. Quality toiletries. Well-stocked fridge - everything needed for a simple breakfast. Excellent location very close to railway station and with 2 restaurants in the same building. Good value for money.

I had booked a two-bed apartment as I was travelling with my elderly father who walks with crutches and has poor eye-sight. Unfortunately both bedrooms were up a very steep and lengthy flight of stairs and even the sitting room in the apartment was up some steep steps. The staff very helpfully placed us in 2 adjacent one-bed apartments which had no steps, but it would have been a real problem if these had not been available. More information about the configuration of the apartments should be available for those booking over the internet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Residence 6, it was the perfect place, in the middle of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartments offered luxury,space,comfort. A fabulous place to stay I shall be telling all my University Mummy's to book with you.

Not really a complaint just a suggestion it would have been lovely to have a box or packet of very nice biscuits to have with my cup of tea. You supplied a welcome pack of a few basics which was adequate, however, biscuits would be a very good addition.

Excellent location, very welcoming staff,generally good facilities, clean and well equipped, comfy beds, excellent bathrooms and toiletries

Shower could be hotter.Should have been told there was no room service on 1 jan 2011 when booking. All hotels should offer a service 365 days a year. Oven difficult to operate and very slow to cook.

食器の数、食洗機の大きさ、台所の広さ、食卓の広さなど、４人家族（２人は幼児）には十分すぎるほどの設備- だった。ベッドメイキングや清掃など行き届いており、毎日快適に過ごせた。到着日にパンや牛乳・水・ジュー- スなどが用意されているのはうれしかった。窓から、駅前広場を一望できるのもよかった。
