This is an excellent hotel to stay at, room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well. Having stayed in a Best Western in Exeter I wasnt holding out a lot of hope on this but was pleasantly surprised and will stay again when next in the area. Best Western hotels from what I can gather are independantly owned and so its hit and miss. This was a hit. Recommend it.

We stayed in a Superiour room, which had just been beautifully decorated, and it was so spacious. We loved the king size bed as it was so comfy. The staff were so attentive, polite and friendly. The food was out of this world we never looked to visit another eaterie. Compliments to the chef! Would highly recommend this hotel and wouldn't hesitate staying again.

excelant location for seeing cornwall, room/facilities were excelant,We were half board .and enjoyed all food, table staff were always polite and proffesional. On our last night we were restricted to a very small/hot function room for our evening meal as the hotel had been booked for a large venue. If it had not been for upsetting my wife i would have gone to another restaurant and demanded a refund, it would have been polite to warn hotel guests in advance and provided an alternative,

A friendly welcome and they catered for our every need. Our mother was 87 years old they upgraded our rooms so we could be on the lower floor and charged us the special offer rate as quoted. They ran round looking for a chair to go in the walk in shower for our mother, because she finds it difficult to stand. Thankyou so much and we would certainly stay there again.

Walls very thin was disturbed by next door resident. Light in the bathroom for shaving did not work and the toilet was loose. Arrival reception and breakfast staff were spot on. Departure reception staff didnt ask about my stay and if every thing was ok.
