It was very so close to both the Eden Project and the Lost gardens iof Heligan. There were not veggie sausages. (soya ones are easy to keep in freezer and arev also suitable for vegans. ) |

Very pleasant and very helpful reception staff; excellent waiter/waitress service at breakfast and dinner; nicely appointed room, and with the hotel close to interesting tourist sites. Everyone that we came into contact with at the hotel was friendly and obliging. |

Comfortable and well positioned for touring this part of Cormwall. Easy to find. Near Eden Project. The evening meal was mediocre. Steak was badly cooked, desert was inedible. |

Staff were most helpful when we requested a change of room because of an issue with the beds. My husband has a bad back and requires a very firm mattress. The receptionist offered us a choice of other rooms to look at and we found a room with beds that suited us better. They were happy to move our belongings and it was all done very amicably. |

Loved the staff. Friendly so helpful, administrator Jane who excelled in her advice and friendliness.Great english breakfasts. Lounge and bar had a cheery feeling to them. Location was ideal for many sifghtseeing trips. Beautiful village with lots to seee and do and great restaurants. Pooms could be revamped. We were in annex which was ideal for my 85 yr old mum as overflow car park was right outside with no steps to go down. |

The hotel was in a good location, easy to find and had good parking faciliies. The room was very hot even with the window open. Breakfast was disappointing due to lack of crockery and hot buffet. Overpriced for facilities. |

First class food mainly locally sourced. Large rooms and good quality bedroom furniture. Access to the main carpark was tight and could have benefitted from a one-way sytem. |

I chose for location to visit various National Trust properties. For the price and rating I have not complaints. The menu was good. This form should have space for free comment,as most of the questions do not apply ti my visit. |

Friendly staff, good food, cleanliness of rooms, location of the Restormel in the town. Receptionist who was to busy talking about her friends broken marriage on her Mobil to attend to us,we had to wait until she was ready.Miner things, room 37, light pull missing in bath room, plug of chain in basin so job to remove from basin only with difficulty, extractor fan switch in bath room far to high to reach, light out side room door so dim unable to see key hole(room in dark corner of yard) should pay more attention to detail. |

I liked the warm staff welcome (nothing is too much trouble), the general cleanliness of the hotel, it's location in the centre of a small town and the excellent parking facilities. I think the breakfast buffets could be improved eg a touch of the continental style to include cheese and cold meat. Fresh fruit? I think it was on offer but not displayed |

Staff were friendly. Hotel in ideal location to explore surrounding area Not all info was correct. The outdoor pool was not heated. We were in the annex from which there was no covered way.. A problem in wet weather. The restaurent was ok, not award winning as stated in one brochure. The breakfast was uninspiring and limited. Not a good example of Best Western. |

It was in easy access of Eden Project etc. and centrally located within the town and easy to walk to restaurants, pubs etc. The hotel receptionist was very helpful as were breakfast staff. Did not like staying in an annexe and would have preferred staying in the main hotel. The fan did not work in the bathroom. |

Location and freindly staff Food, particularly the starters and the deserts were insufficient in quantity and the salads were wilted. The shelf above the wash basin in the bathromm was overlaping the basin causing accidental knock to the elbow. Bath did not have a screen to stop water splashing on the floor. |
