shared toilets ,clean but shabby
Friendly helpful staff and easy to find
Room was hot found it difficult to sleep
Smelly and dirty. Bathroom facilities were disgusting and bed sheets and room absolutely stank! Bed was very lumpy and uncomfortable! Definitely needs to be knocked down!
it was a nice surprise that they provided breakfast.
The room smelt of ciggaratte smoke
Very good value for money would stay again
VERY CLOSE TO THE STATION, AND CHEAP. DOES EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN.
IT FELT TIRED AND UNLOVED. IT WAS SOULLESS. COMMUNAL WASH FACILITIES. NOT THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED.
The price for my double room was a positive and also the bed was comfy. It is good that there was a TV in the room.
The service wasn't very good, there wasn't any drink vending machines which is a negative and also there was damage in the room I stayed in. The room was abit cold even though the window was shut. I would only stay again for a maximum of one night.
Shared toilets and bathroom
toilet and shower facilites !!!!!! no on suite
Every one was friendly, staff and other guests
There was not any thing, few minor things, no remote for tv, and tap in room needs washer replacing as was constantly dripping. But as I said only minor things , not any thing to complain about.
Cost and location. We were visiting Doncaster for a football match and the hotel is in an ideal location for the ground and the town centre pubs.
Its a small room with a single above the double bed, but at the end of the day we knew this when we booked it and it served our purpose. If you want luxury or a romantic break this is not for you. If you want somewhere to crash with a couple of mates after day at the footy and the pubs then its ideal.
they let us check in early
Close to the center. Helpful staff. Cheap and cheerful budget accommodation. You get what you pay for. We will be back again :-)
If your expecting the Hilton you'll be very disappointed!
Location not bad
Portaloo not nice room never again
No kettle in room only abed & a tv. Very noisy place also didn't like shared bathroom & toilets not very hygienic .
Complimentary breakfast tea and coffee
It was more like a hostel than a hotel with comunal toilet and shower facilities and the lounge was not a lounge it was the reception area.
staff friendly and helpfull
external toilets no en suites
The whole experience - nightmare. Believe the other reviews - this place is not a pleasure to stay at, even at the low price.
Cleanliness was very poor
We could go in to room before booking in time
Beding had mould on isheets and pillows and we did not like the bunk above the double bed . Keepet hitting head on it . The loos were cubiculs blocks and smelt of urine all the time .
Some ware to sleep after a day at races . You get what you pay for our group was happy with what we payed for if we wanted 5star we would have gone to Hilton
Good value. Good sleep. Free breakfast.
Needs a deep clean.
