The staff (Simon) were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived.. The room was lovely and clean and a real bargain!! Will definitely be returning!! Nothing it was perfect!!

i did not like anything about it the room was very dirty the bedding was not clean i would not stay there again i would not stay there again and i would not recommend it to anyone

The room was warm and cosy considering the very cold weather we were experiencing. Also the close proximity of the car was a bonus as walking is difficult at the moment. Also the cleanliness was better than that at most of the other hotels we have stayed in and it was great to always find there was sufficient tea/coffee whenever we returned to our room. Thanks to all the cleaning staff concerned! The proximity to the motorway which was unavoidable considering the siting of the 'Lodge', but as I always carry earplugs with me apart from the first night this was not a problem. Not enough information in the room about the availability and variety of meals available and the times.

Nothing. The manager was friendly that was the only good thing about this dump Cold, dirty, disgusting, uncomfortable. It was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in and I have stayed in some dumps before. Take my advice pay an extra £10 and stay at the Ibis

Dog friendly reasonable price handy walking area for dogs good breakfast for £7 50 plenty to eat full english on buffet basis handy for m18. 3 mins will use again booking.com quotes breakfast at £4 50 booking in time at 2 00pm its 3 00pm

Nothing particular although did have reasonable parking space The room had the most uncomfortable bed I have ever seen I found two blankets in the room which I placed on top of the mattress The shelf on the bathroom was full of cigarette burn marks and the cups were a little stained The bar closes at 22.45
