It was fairly basic but had all the facilities I needed and the manager went out of his way to be helpful. It was quiet and comfortable an d I would cheerfully stay there if I need accomodation in the area next time.

Everything was brilliant. The bathroom was clean and well maintained and well lighted. We needed some cheap decent accommodation for one night and this hotel met our expectations. It was warm in the room when we arrived - heaters were already on. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely go back to stay in again.

Convenient location, excellent value for money. Comfortable room which was spotlessly clean. As much as you could eat for breakfast. Friendly attentive staff. Its location near to motorway on an industrial estate was a non issue. Very convenient for visiting Maltby.

Breakfast was great very friendly guy on reception. The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress wasn't firm enough. Would pay extra for a comfy bed

Having stayed there before we had no hesitation in booking again. It is ideally situated for our trip to the Nort East of England for the return journey back to Shropshire. Although there was only one member of staff working over the weekend he could not have been more helpful. Very willing to oblige making the stay there very enjoyable

the room and service was friendly comfortably but not intrusive. Although the facilities were basic there had been care taken to keep the facilities to a good state of repair.

Location is good for the East Penine Assembly Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses now the Hellaby Hall Hotel have raised their prices greatly. It's nowhere near as nice as the hhh but its a bed, in a room, with a bath, motel style. If that's all you need then its good. Its basic, but adequate. The one member of staff I saw was friendly and helpful. We ate out and took breakfast with us, so I can't comment on the food - but breakfast was pricey anyway.

Basic, cheap, just what I wanted. Was working in Rotherham and only wanted a bed for two nights, a good shower and a cup of tea. Only bad point was that it smelt of stale cigarettes. Wasn't sure if it was a non smoking room. Otherwise price was great, and I didn't expect much more.
