It was fairly basic but had all the facilities I needed and the manager went out of his way to be helpful. It was quiet and comfortable an d I would cheerfully stay there if I need accomodation in the area next time.

It was very convenient for the m18 and you could not hear any traffic in the room. We were going to my Uncle and Aunties Golden wedding and decided to stay over for the night rather than drive back. We would stay longer if we were visiting the area for longer. It is small but you get good personal service which can be lacking in bigger places.

Nothing, Looked like Bates Motel, Prostitutes use the rooms on regular basis and a lot of drug dealing taking place outside. Not recommended for families. Offers a restaurant but no staff to cook food.

Although it does look like a 'slasher movie' location it was excellent. So don't let looks decieve you ... the staff (one poor bloke that was up all night but made a mean breakfast) was cheerful and helpful. The room although based in an industrial unit was clean, purposeful, lovely comfy bed, really hot blasting shower with tea and coffee (we didn't even get that premier inn!) The location was quiet, tv was great and we had everything we needed for a footy weekend away. Breakfast was plentiful with freshly made eggs by the only member of staff we saw. All round I would definitely recommend and use again. The general appearance when you arrive ... but it is worth giving it a try if you're happy to pay a minimal amount of £35 for a bed and breakfast.

The man who worked the Desk, Food & Bar was great & he was always Helpfull & Cheerfull at all times. I'm sorry I forgot his name. The room was good & very quiet. The Bar was a bit poor & the tv remote was stuck up with tape & didn't work so had to keep geting up to work Tv. Wi-Fi only works in the bar area & not in the room'S.

Very clean, good value for money. would come back again. free parking, good value breakfast it was cold to sleep in pull out bed even with full heating on, because draughts were coming from under outside door.the bed was pulling out just in front of the door, the doors to rooms are straight from outside.

Very clean for a two star Bathroom steamed up as extrator not working but the good cooked breakfast more than overshadowed this minor fault In these eco. times they are not fitted with low energy light bulbs in the room we stayed in which can save the hotel a vast amount on electricity bill for a small outlay

The hotel was well situated After we checked in, we went to our room to find out it hadn`t been cleaned with towels over the floor, once reported the staff were very quick to clean our room, when we returned to our room later to sleep we found that the bed was broken (you couldn`t move without it waking you with the noise of the bed creaking)

Just as I had hoped. Basic but adequate. As others have mentioned, it's a Motel situated in a rather bleak industrial area but for the money it doesn't disappoint, with exception of the rather minimal pillows! The pillows!

Friendly and welcoming greeting, nice rooms in separate block which were very clean, could not really fault anything for the money paid. Was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again when I am up this way. Convenient because could park car outside room and was near to motorway. Nice white towels and linen and even some basic toiletries. Breakfast was well cooked, we had full English and coffee was nice too with choice of cappucino or machiato. It fits the bill for budget accomodation.

Used it as a place to sleep only. WiFi was down and no complimentary tea or coffee-you had to pay for a pack @ £1. They do this to keep the price at a budget level! There it was poor as well booked a family room with 2 adults and 1 child but they only had one adult. Luckily the room allocated was a family room.
