clean and safe cool tv lounge nice atmosphere great location zone 1 central London
lots of young people
good sleep, as if im alone in the room staff are well trained location is spot on, with easy transport all I needed
bang for the buck staff was carring and helpful
clean the facilities are quite good the staff are nice
gotta pay for baggage storage cannot check in before 3pm noisy at night, could barely sleep
The location it's not the best but the subway and bus stations are very close. The common spaces are good.
The quality of the rooms is not the best and also the cleaning. You have to pay to use the lookers and they are in the lobby.
Good Location for City and West End Excellent Budget Traveller Facilities Ideal for Backpackers or Emergency Overnight Accommodation
How clean the showers and bathroom were and how easy it was to get into central London.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Food is expensive for the amount you get. They reused dirty linen( saw it with my own eyes). lockers are way to expensive, I spent almost as much on lockers than I did to stay in the room.
Staff were very nice Nice looking building with common food area
Was a 15- 20 minute walk from the Underground. Not much going on in the street. Very young people staying, school camp like. Private bathroom in dorm was very small and smelly with no window
Location, private facilities, good reception, clean and innovative
Clean tidy apparently safe.
bathrooms normally very clean perhaps need cleaning more often when more people stay.
The location and the atmosphere is really good
The rooms are way too small
As a place to spend the night after traveling around RestUp as a good value. The staff was friendly and courteous.
Room too small
The atmosphere The showers
Location is very good. I got the private bathroom so is better. The room was clean.
Repeating breakfast. But still ok. Everything is fine.
Stayed before without issue not so good this time.
cleaners putting dirty clothes belonging to another on my bed.cleaner moving business labtops and tables without my convent thereafter leaving dirty matrices without cleaning it.
Too hot in room of 20 Not enough showers
Great breakfast, full breakfast for 3£ only, coffee, bread, ham, cheese, orange juice, best management. Nice atmoshere in the hall.
Beds aren't ready for a new guest, usually you should find dirty pillow
Good location Reasonable price Neat corridors
One of the toilets had no tissue paper!
Good tv area
It was in a ghetto, walking there from the station I thought I was going to get rolled, which 2 people staying there had been. No basic facilities like a fridge or microwave. Windows in the room only slightly open so its a stinking hot box. And the pool table had one cue which didnt have a tip!
- location is good. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this place unless you are a high school kid!
- very unfriendly staff. A request to serve the egg well done was ignored by the kitchen staff. The supervisor did not care either. - the single rooms are so small you can barely turn. - some staff barely speaks English. - Expensive breakfast, but the food was crap. - for 2£ a towel I expect something better. - I would recommend you pay a few pounds more for a decent place.
Historical building with great design in very good localization: few minutes walk to underground, a lot of small shops and street food. Room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, served breakfasts were tasty and enough to start a day in proper way :) Lobby full of people, working WiFi and staff willing to help is an advantage too :)
Clean and comfortable room with nice bathroom. Great atmosphere in lobby with a lot of occasions to have a quick chat with people all over the world. Staff willing to help and tasty breakfast allows us to start each day in correct way :)
Very cheap Confortable Clean Value for money Safe Ensuite bathrooms inside some rooms Shared bathrooms very clean Staff is nice and respectful
Location - more of a yellow than a red. The hostel is 10m walk from Elephant and Castle which is the closest tube station which with bags is annoying. They do have a bus stop right in front of the hostel that takes you into central london.
