The one member of staff I came into contact with was extremely courteous and helpful and I have no hesitation in recommending this budget B&B For its price bracket, this estabilishment is good value. |

Kindness of the owner In one word: a rat-house. I booked the "biggest" and luxurious room, suitable for three people. It is 10 sq.mt., included the bath-room. No wardrobe, no desk, the only furniture is a bedside table fully engaged with a old fashion tv set. The only chandelier is a simple bulb. All finishings are very bad, badly made-by-yourself-mode. |

Easy to get to and the internet did work well. Taking the bus was easy, but do not get off at Feltham Station, get off at the second Feltham stop. .Pretty good location, could walk to pub and small convenience store The shower did not work well. Did not have good pressure. |

i was unconfortable i do not like the pictures of cat all over the walls and rooms everywhere i do not like the pictures of cats and fish all over the whole place rooms toilets stairs all over not every body like cats |

Staff very helpful. Easy access by 285 or 490 bus to/from airport. Convenience store and pub within walking distance. No complaints. |
