Hochherrschaftliches Gebäude, wunderschönes Ambiente, herrliche Zufahrt durch schönen Park mit sehr altem Baumbestand. Sehr gutes Essen. Leider war die Hotelbar schon ab 22.30 Uhr geschlossen. Man bekam nur sehr wiederwillig und unfreundlich noch ein kleines Glas als Abschluss nach einem sehr schönen Drei-Gänge-Menü. Das war sehr schade und irgendwie unverständlich. |

Bei einer Anreise um 22.30 Uhr hielt man es obwohl ich schon mehrfach im Hotel war es nicht für nötig das Gepäck zum Zimmer zu bringen und so mußte ich mich bei diesem verwinckelten Hotel alleine auf die Suche machen. |

Beautiful setting in the meddle of the New Forest. Food in both restaurants was delicious. All bedrooms (apart from expensive suites) are in a new extention, so you don't actually feel like you're in an old country house at all. |

The hotel and surrounding area was superb. The staff wer rude the food was abysmal. I am well travelled and usually hotels at this price would make you feel special Rhinefield did not. This was a birthsay treat for my husband and we were very dissapointed. No air con in the room made sleping uncomfertable. Not to be reccomended,. |

We found it very relaxing and gardens and grounds excellent.the inclusive cooked breakfast was heavenly lots of and locally sourced. Our room was not cleaned even though we left it to sightsee and we were out for 6 and half hours.some of the staff did not speak good english.we also thought that 1 glass of wine and 1 beer costing £11+was expensive and so were the set menu dinners.so we took a taxi to lyndhurst which cost £25 return and ate there.. |

The atmosphere was very calming and the room had information on local places to visit. This made it easy to plan activities for the first day. This also included the distance which assisted planning routes. There were no lifts to get luggage up and down the stairs which was a little struggle. I was helped though when I arrived at reception. |

The room was very nice and the hotel is in a lovley location quite and restfull. The staff are very friendly and the service was very good The breakfast was not very good the food was not the standard i would have expected for the sixteen pound per person better off going to one of the local pubs it is better value for the money |

The hotel and surroundings were just amazing, relaxing. The leisure facilities, though small, were perfect as we had the place to ourselves. Definately worth getting full breakfast included in the price.superb service. will definately go back. We stayed in a classic room, but looked at an executive and will book next time as just perfect with views etc! |

We really liked the rooms; absolutely fantastic. Tv in the bath was a real luxury. Staff were lovely - very friendly. Loved the location and grounds of the Hotel. Lovely feel to the hotel! The fact that the restaurant was empty was a shame. This was a special occasion and my husband and I wanted to dress up and eat in the brasserie. Because it was empty, we were put off and so we ate in the bar. We felt that the very best restaurant was a little too expensive. |

Beautiful main building, although most rooms are in the annexe. Comfortable room. Delicious breakfast. Fantastic setting - grounds superb. Service was poor, with intensely unfriendly staff. There was an argument going on between staff when we arrived, so no welcome, offer of newspaper for Sunday, explanations of where anything was. Very poor considering the price of this supposedly up-market hotel, Waiting staff in Brasserie also unfriendly. Bedcover was soiled including a blood stain - also one on the headboard! |
