Staff were great and did everything they could to accommodate us. Breakfast was delivered to the room which was lovely.
if driving, plenty to do not too far away quiet hotel in a fairly remote location room was great bed was so comfy it made me buy a new mattress free wifi and secure parking easily found just off m6 not long from trafford center we were able to check in hours early which was a major bonous
few cobwebs in the room but wasnt anything concerning
We were in the area to meet up with relations. Thy live 5 minutes away so perfect location for us. We only slept there but very comfortable n clean. Everything we needed.
The included breakfast could have been a bit later. 8-9.30 I'm holiday time is a bit early. Till 11 wd have been useful.
Nice comfortable quiet good value hotel with pleaseant staff
Wifi was unreliable every other night, dinner was a little expensive for what it was
Convenient location Helpful and friendly staff
Food was awful. I have eaten here on several occasions and its been poor but my most recent experience was the worst. I didnt have the heart to complain as the staff try their best but they are clearly not chefs! It seems that several different staff have a hand in preparing food as well as their other duties. Rooms are cold in the winter and electric heater is a little dated. Room smelt strongly of toilet cleaner.
I liked how friendly the staff were. The wifi wad great
Not attractive looking far from the city dust in some windows in the dinning room
Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Can't fault it and great value for money. Even with taxis still cheaper than staying near the Trafford Centre.
I could hear guests while walking past their rooms in the corridor,, but they could have been rowdy as it was Christmas doo season.
used hotel before, perfect for easy trip to Trafford center and german Christmas market
Spacious room, lovely staff. Food was very tasty.
There were cobwebs and dust all over our room. The bed springs made the bed uncomfortable. We were only given 1 towel for a double room. Some of the food is over priced, '£11 for a salad'
I like the position good parking
Lovely big room with comfy bed
Awful evening meal and insufficient staff. Lack of comfortable lounge to enjoy a drink. Needs updating very tired looking
Staff were very friendly breakfast was excellent great value for money
Close to motorway for family party at Irlam. Helpful and friendly staff.
Nothing to dislike.Would stay again.
Friendly Staff Nice Breakfast
Noise of trains Temperature of room
Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff from Reception to the cleaners
Nothing in particular
location is quite and close to both Manchester & Liverpool
Cleanliness was POOR.
Breakfast was good, Rooms were comfy and staff pleasant
Bathrooms could do with a makeover and windowsills could do with cleaning. That is a bit sad I know. But that's what I picked upon. Draws and wardrobes needed dusting.
Not told next to main railway line, room backed onto line and was noisy
Comfort of the bed
Hotel too close from the train rails . Trains are making noise and vibrations that can be feel from the room
stayed one night only, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was great
Very helpful booked taxi for me and my Dad. Very clean. Near train station to get to Old Trafford. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Cant fault it.
Nothing to Dislike
Location was good.
The lounge area was the only place to eat and there was football on, plus the menu was very limited.
bar food lovely hunters chicken to die for. pity restaurant wasn't open.
breakfast dissapointed not very warm limited choice ie eggs. Also could have done with the settees in the bar area so when you have eaten you have a place to go sit and relax and drink rather than returning to room.
