Good location, easy reach of city centre,
Beautiful hotel in the middle of everything. The bar man Owen could not do enough to help us! I will be going soon!
The room was much smaller then it looked in photos but still beautiful
Excellent friendly staff. Fantastic location for city centre Great facilities and services
The smallest double bed I've ever seen Broken lights in room and loose cracked tiles in Bathroom Soil pipe from upper floor running through the bed room. These things you could put up with in a budget chain hotel, however this was supposed to be special..
Size of the room and the facilities.
Some of the paint work was needing a touch up and stains on ceilings etc... making it look a little tired.
Excellent location, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities in junior suite were very good.
Unfortunately our room was near the Christmas party which was going on until late so we didn't sleep well and our shower didn't work properly.
Amazing hotel good value of money . It is much nicer in real than the pucture . Big rooms
Great location, Clean, Breakfast great. Cheaper to book when you check in aswell.
Could have done with a mirror in the bedroom.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size and standard of the room for the price we paid and we are already planning a return trip with friends.
The parking directions were vague and we got lost but did eventually find it , this was the only negative.
Comfortable stay in great location.
Wifi was inconsistent :(
Great value for money, spa was good, friendly staff
Not having a car park at the location, having to pay for parking and we were unlucky weather wise
Unfortunately the occupants of the room next door were noisy and forgot their key card at 2 am . So there was a lot of shouting to get whoever was in the room to come and open the door in the lobby as the rooms are separated of the hallway and the door gives access to another small lobby which had the rooms off it,
Very clean, upscale hotel
The room was a little hot but I figured out and adjusted the thermostat. I am glad it wasn't raining hard as I walked from the parking to the hotel.
Friendly and helpful staff combined with overall comfort. The hotel is also well located.
Stayed over for a works do, modern interior and clean enough. Massive TV in the room!
large room bed
Approx a 5 minute walk away from all the main shops Staff were all very friendly and helpful
Would have been nice to have a full length mirror in room
Very nice decor, clean and decent location. Reception staff very helpful
Breakfast was dissappointing and not worth the extra £14.95 each. Bar and breakfast staff not very attentive
I am very impressed with the client service at The Richmond. As soon as you walk into the hotel you are greeted with smiling faces and nothing is too much. The rooms, restaurant, reception etc... are always immaculately clean and using Booking.com I always manage a good deal, so definitely value for money.
Nothing to report
The hotel is close to the station and the centre of town but quiet in the evening. The rooms are very big and there is everything you could possibly need in them. The breakfast is also good and if you book in advance good value. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
I can't think of anything!
Nice decoration comfortable bed
The television didn't work and it took 20 minutes for the individual from reception to come up to see to it. And I had to call twice for him to come up. The reason I gave 'poor' to comfort was because there was something rattling every once in a while in my room which i think was the vibration from something upstairs but I could never locate it . Since it happened all through the night I didn't get much sleep. Finally, my shower didn't work. I didn't have time to call for someone to fix it. Not a great experience overall.
Staff went out there way to make our stay as enjoyable as it could be
Travelling over the road for the spa
Would like to have had a connecter from laptop to TV or dvd player
