It felt like an old peoples home, very dull, smelt and like a rabbit warren. Not welcoming and certainly didn't want tot stay in the room. Fawlty towers comes to mind. |

Relaxed approach in all respects, staff very accommodating and friendly. Great location only short (easy) walk from seafront. Room better than could be expected for price and (Sat) night entertainment deffinately a bonus. Breakfast times/service could be improved but the food was acceptable. |

We found the hotel very nice we had a large room which was very comfortable and a balcony which was on the ground floor if I had to rate the room and staff I would give it a 9/10 The only complaint was we had a disabled room and you had to bend to wash your hair in the shower but it was no real problem |

excellent staff nothing too much trouble in particular night porter, swimming pool warm and clean. views over the bay excellent. breakfast and service were very good not many parking spaces at front of hotel. lift only took 2 persons and voice prompt in lift was inaccurate saying wrong floor, however we were warned about this by reception.Could do with a shower in pool area. |

All the staff were absolutely wonderful, very helpful, courteous and hospitable. I felt really welcomed and special - thank you. Mattress and pillows were not the best and the plumbing in the bathroom was rather noisy. |

We enjoyed a comfortable room, had a good breakfast every day. The hotel had a 24 hour presence in the reception area and it wasn't a problem if we wanted to be out late. |

Location and family room was large enough so that we didn't trip over each other or furniture. Hotel is very tired and needs refurbisihing / facilities updating. Bar / lounge area should also cater for guests other than the elderly on coach trips! Due to the lack of a balcony, we would have used the bar area ourselves had there been a better choice of beers and a reasonable standard wine, plus the coach trip guests took over the place ever evening so it was impossible to have a relaxing enjoyable drink in a quite area. |

The staff were friendly and polite and the hotel was in a good location. Pool was delightful. The beds were terrible and the room was hot and needs updating. There were only 8 parking spaces for something like 40 rooms. The breakfast was ok but not great quality. |

Giving direct access to the Riviera Conference Centre, this 3-star property is just a stone’s throw away from the seafront and Torquay’s most popular beach, Torre Abbey Sands. |
This Mediterranean-style resort built in 1866 is perched on a cliff top overlooking Torbay. Most rooms, the restaurant and conservatory offer spectacular panoramic views of the bay. |
On a quiet tree-lined road, in a peaceful conservation area in the heart of the English Riviera, this beautifully refurbished Victorian villa is now a family-run, 4-star, licensed guest house. |
