The staff were friendly, helpful and so obliging. A group of us booked here and they went out of their way to organise a dinner at short notice for a saturday night. The rooms were lovely too and the lounge areas. I would definitely recommend to others as could not fault anything about the stay. I would definitely return if visiting friends again in the area. |

Very friendly staff and cosy environment The location was a bit to far away from the station. The breakfast was ridiculously expensive!!! |

I think the pric is too high even for London for the standard of hotel and when you are paying so much one assumes that breakfast is included which we found was not so we did not eat breakfast on the last day. The room was ok but being on the ground floor at the back did not really reflect the quality we would expect frothe price paid. |

Staff training was excellent. Clientele reflected this. Restarant menu a little pedestrian and could be more extensive. |

I liked the choice between a snack and a full meal and the fact that the bar served food all day. |

Location in Richmond - towards the top of Richmond Hill, just a stroll away from beautiful views of the Thames and parkland and a short walk to the centre of Richmond. Very good value for its location. |

Room good, bed very good, bathroom lovely Breakfast was a shambles, there was a queue and no order, when a table was eventually found the hot food buffet was all gone. Not what I would expect of the calibre of the hotel. |

It was nicely located, very relaxing area - we didnt have breakfast. The check in was rude, we booked for two nights and he kept saying we only booked for one night. We were asked at 2am! To fill in a stupid booking form even though we had checked in on the internet.paper thin walls, could hear everything. Even though there were clearly very few customers in the hotel, we were put in a basement flat - the views from the top floors must have been great, but all we saw was a mound and people drinking outside. |

Comfortable rooms. Great location, as I had a reception to attend in Richmond Park. Also very close to Richmond high street for shopping and restaurants After calling in the morning to ask if I could check in early, and arranging a time of 12 pm for my arrival, I had to wait until 1pm before a room was ready, which really messed up my plans to feed lunch to my child. (I know check is at 2pm normally, but I had called to confirm an earlier check in, and was very disappointed not to get one). |
