Zimmer klein, Schränke klein, Teppichböden im Flur und Zimmer angeschmuddelt, Heizungsanlage mit Dauergeräusch, signifikante Diskrepanz der Internetaußendarstellung und dem verum, bei einem Feuer(fehl)alarm erfolgte kein offizieller Kommentar des Mangements und auch keine offizielle Freigabe des Gebäudes vor Wiederbetreten, ein absolutes no go

Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, saubere Zimmer mit grossem Badezimmer. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs - Verhältnis.

Staff very friendly. Loved our room with the balcony. Location was superb. Breakfast was great.

Our room was a little cramped, bathroom door kept getting stuck. When you did get out of bathroom, the angle of the TV was an obstackle.

The fact that I could not pay foradrink at the Bar after 11 and it had to be charged to my room. No toiletries in bedroon when asked for received basic shampoo and soap, no shower cap. Room was small and cramped Bath needs to be replaced its chipped not good enough for a 4 star hotel

Location and decor.

Reception "upgraded" our room. It ended up near the the swimming pool/spa with that boiler house noise all night which other guests also complained about.

Good location, very clean, friendly staff

Richmond has been a favourite for years. Very convenient from home and ideal for a short break, as Richmond Hill has wonderful views, great for walks along river and town great restaurants and shopping.... has it all.

Nothing.

We use this hotel when visiting family. It is a good place to stay for matches down the road at Twickenham stadium. We always feel welcome and it is of a reasonable standard at a reasonable price for the area.

Had made a human error with the reservation (day earlier booked) the reservations manager took 3 attempts to even meet with us to discuss and then wouldnt find a suitable solution...I could go on but would suggest you just go next door to richmond gate & spa they helped us in our hour of need.

On arrival we were charged a non-optional £50 on our debit card, to be refunded 7 days after check out. We were not told about this before arrival despite speaking to staff several times on the phone.

The facilities were ideal for our stay

The lift was a bit small near to the reception area

We have family who live in the area and it is ideally situated when we visit them. It's comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We never think of booking anywhere else.

The parking can be difficult at times when there is a large function on.

Rooms were quite small

Very friendly and helpful staff. They booked taxi's for us which all arrived promptly, they also were very helpful with all other requests. Room service was friendly and so was front desk when we called them late at night. Breakfast was very nice. Stayed at the hotel for a wedding, and it was just what we needed.

Bed was very small but I think we booked a double forgetting the sizing difference from Australia to the UK.

The TV in the room is useless, the picture has wavey lines running through every station. This is not the first time I have stayed at R Hill & this was the problem then. If anyone wants to stay in theit room & watch TV it's a waste of time. This should be improved!!

Everything, staff, facilities and food were very good. Superb bed.

Small point but veneer On the furniture was cracking up a little.

Good location, very comfortable bed, utilized the excellent health center, and overall was good value for money.

Standard rooms were smaller than expected with decor varying. My daughter's room was very stylish, whereas mine definitely needed a face lift.

The room was very small and very dated. The TV reception was very poor.

I love the location of the hotel. I have stayed many many times at the hotel, including living there for months at a time when relocating in and out of the UK. However, this stay was remarkable, but unfortunately not in a good way. The staff is willing to be helpful when asked and staying in Richmond is always lovely.

I am very disappointed that as a frequent guest, I was not placed in a nicer room even though the hotel was far from capacity. Our first room was over the restaurant and music played loudly so we asked to be moved. Our second room was tiny, the toilet would not flush and the room overheated. I would have expected for someone who has spent over 50,000 GBP in the past few years for a single traveler at the hotel, they would have moved my partner and I to a nicer room when the hotel was emptier.
