The bed was very comfortable Selection on tray in room was very mean. Slight sweaty smell in bathroom. Would be a good idea to give the bathroom floor an extra good clean.

Breakfast was optional and check out wasn't until 12:00 - Room service was prompt and food was good. Reception staff were argueing in front us as we arrived, poor English also. We weren't informed of the Bar/Restaurant or Spa facilities and weren't informed of the breakfast details either. The room was a bit on the smalll side. Reception also found it dificult to resolve an issue with WiFi.

The location On arrival we were told no booking. Then only one booking. Should have been told three bookings. Very stressful for elderly Aunt after long journey. After half hour bookings ok. Rooms cold. And not what reception clerk stated as the superior room! Car park charge for blue badge holder. Evening meal we had to wait an hour for first course. Dining staff too efficient at taking plates away, even before meal was finished.

We had 3 rooms booked for the first night - the hotel only had a record of one and didn't have a room for one couple. That same couple stayed a 2nd night which was pre-paid but reception tried to charge again and didn't have any record of their booking. Even though we had left the full confirmation with them when we checked in.

Pleasant rooms, friendly staff and access to good gym There was a wedding in the hotel on Sat. The music went on under our room until mid-night and was so loud that the room vibrated with the base. The hotel did offer a discount but shoudl have informed non wedding guests that this was occuring and tunred the music down after 11.00pm at the latest

As above. Our room was very noisy. There were loudly whirring fans from about 6am until about 11pm somewhere inside the celing / walls / corridor. Our room was 463. I do not recommend this room at all.

The location suited us. Very good swimming pool and breakfast. Booking was efficient. Unusual to have a 4* hotel charge for car-parking. The charging system was not well explained. Sign-posting of the swimming pool was poor.

We like the position of the hotel at the top of Richmond Hill, we like the leisure facilities available and the good travel links into central London from Richmond. The rooms are small.

Friendly staff, in particular, we arrived very early in the morning and my husband had forgotten to say that we were arriving so early, ie just after 6am on route from Singapore. The staff were very accomodating and ensured we had a nice room immediately. the hotel is also in a very nice location

It was a lovely hotel, a perfect commute into London, and a lovely walk into Richmond. The breakfast was perfect with lots of choice. The room was quite small but I guess that is expected in London.

Location was great, only 10 mins walk into Richmond, hotel lobby, bar and decor very nice. We felt that the rooms were very small and uncomfortable. One of our party is 6 ft 5 ins and he especially found the bed very small. There was not much room around the bed to walk around or relax. The room would be fine for a 1 night stay but for a weekend break, we felt like we had cabin fever!

The hotel has a beautiful location with excellent veiws over Richmond Hill. The staff at reception are friendly and helpful. Access to the Leisure club next door is a big bonus. Good standard and selection for breakfast if taken and room service although a bit limited on choices of hot main meals is prompt and of good quality. There was a lack of customer information in the room which led to misunderstandings regarding opening times of facilities such as the leisure club. House keeping was a bit lax with items for disposal being left outside the room door and a window opened by the cleaner not closed when finished, so no security!
