Easy walk down to the town centre during the day, the swimming pool and spa were excellent to relax in. Took a while to get a taxi down into the town at night. |

Restaurant service very poor - not enough staff. it was crowded, but this must have been known due to long term bookings of two parties |

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was spotless. For the price we paid breakfast could have been included. |

Location, I used to live in Richmond and that is why I get back there Unpleasant/ staff at the Reception (especially two ladies), crazy solution with parking - you need to collect token from the reception when you want to leave (which makes ladies from the reception even more annoyed). |

The car parking facilities were excellent, the safe in our room was just what we needed - all hotels should offer this facility! The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The English breakfast was very nice and set us up for the day as we were going to the Rugby at Twickenham! The location of the hotel was perfect and we had a nice walk to the stadium in Twickenham. The decor in the hotel was very well designed and gave it a relaxing atmosphere. The shops in Richmond were a suprise, I can defintely recommend the shopping! No, we were very impressed during our stay. |

Links to Twickenham and in to London Hotel room was dissapointing, first night only one set of towels, asked for newspaper not delivered, toilet made horrendous noise after flushing, all were reported to reception and with the exception of the toilet which was definately the most annoying the other issues were sorted for the second night. for an average of £134 per night not including breakfast the room was extremely small and we overlooked the back car park so not even a decent view, I felt thoroughly dissapointed with this hotel and would not recommend as I felt it was overpriced and the toilet noise was unacceptable. |

location The toilet was difficult to use - it was poorly located. The carpet was not clean. The room was small and not 'luxuriosly appointed' |

Location excellent. Fair price. Allowed to pick up car after the match following checkout that morning . Gesture much appreciated. Excellent leisure facility. Only one bath towel in the room for a joint booking which I am sure was a mere oversight which could have been easily remedied. Could have done with some complimentary drinking water in the room and a few more tea bags and coffee though did not pursue a request which I am sure would have been honoured. Otherwise no complaint. |

The free wireless in room was nice, and of course the view up on top of Richmond Hill. Maid did not vacuum between days on our stay. Very inconsistent loading of the in-room refreshments. |

Great location at the top of Richmond Hill, clean room and friendly helpful staff. Insecure outside windows and breakfast overpriced. |

Breakfast seemed abit disorganised, if you buy vouchers in advance its cheaper.( the hotel staff didn't tell us about this but friends did) The radiator in our room wasn't working and we asked 3 times for it to be sorted, in the end we had a portable radiator to use over night. |

The room was very clean and modern - it looked very recently refurbished. I attended a wedding and the facilities provided and the food were wonderful! There was plenty of free parking. Fantastic views across London. Was a bit pricey. Would have been nice to have someone to help me with my luggage. |

Excellent pool and spa. Very attractive location with views from Richmond Hill. Helpful bar & restaurant staff. Bedrooms a bit small for a 4 star hotel. |

Not much at all. Rudeness of the staff. Temperature of the room, size of the room, tattiness of the room, 3 interuptions by room service in the morning, cost of drinks. |

food in the restaurant was very nice and the bar was great for relaxing in. stayed in a std double, room was very small for the price we paid, didnt look so small in the pictures, also didnt feel like a 4 star, was a very nice hotel though, things were just over priced, wouldnt stay there again purely for that reason |

Large enough to absorb 2 large functions without making any difference to us, but personal enough to still make us feel well looked after by the staff. |
