Ringwood Hall Hotel  

We were there just for an overnight stay and arrived too late for dinner. But we had a luxury suite, which was excellent and lived up to expectations, room service was prompt (although they could have cut the crusts off the sandwiches!) and breakfast was superb. Overall an excellent place.

Well, not a bad place to stay. Confortable, well furnished and really nice staff

A prestigious Hotel like this should be better cleaned...

Hotel was full of character and nice and warm ,unlike some we have stayed in, on what was one of the coldest days this year. Staff were very friendly and welcoming . Room very comfortable. We were there for a function where we enjoyed good food with a Hot Buffet in one of the character function rooms.

Service was excellent. All staff very polite and attentive. Leisure facilities were very good. Rooms very clean and fresh. Food was good although menu is a little basic.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was very clean. The hotel is fairly close to the railway station and there was a good taxi service.

We did not expect to be in an ajoining room and lets say close up and personal comes to mind and that was a bit offputting for us!

Rooms and beds are excellent. Freindly staff. Gym and pool on site Nice ambience

It was a very good Hotel with excellent facilities. The food was very good and the service was excellent.

We were extremely disappointed when we discovered our kettle in the room was not working. We asked the staff on 3 different occasions to exchange this, but they informed us that it was working down at reception. As I am disabled I requied boiled water for my medication I informed them of this but they still said that it was working. Therefore I had to ask a friend in another room for this facility. This I consider not up to your standards.

Excellent 5* service and Accomodation.

we stayed at the hotel to attend a family wedding.as vegatarians my husband and myself really enjoyed our meal.the service was outstanding the staff were friendly and helpful.we would definately recommend the hotel to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Nice leisure suite, nice room size. Breakfast was of good quality but a little unorganised (see below)

Breakfast on the sunday morning wasnt very well organised. They seem to be busy every weekend, so you'd think they would know how to organise and deliver breakfast efficiently, without constantly running out of everything.

We has a lovely night, all staff were very polite and helpful, the room was beautiful and the food was gorgeous, would return for another trip and reccomend

Although the room was clean not all aspects of the room had been done, ie a Rose petal from the previous people was left under bed, and a towl didn't not look too clean and had marks on it!

Lovely hotel, set in nice grounds. Friendly staff who were always on hand. Luxurious room with a nice big comfortable bed which offered a great nights sleep. Buffet style breakfast which offered all you could wish for. Overall - great accommodation, would definately go back and stop again!
