Food very good comfy bed staff excellent lovely views .
Paintwork a bit tired dining room carpet threadbare needs a makeover other. Than that good
We were lucky enough to be there on curry and quiz night. Both were excellent.
Unfortunately we were on a walking hol and our final destination was winchcombe. The hotel is not within walking distance of the town if you've been walking all day. There is a bus but the time table is mad and to top it off its basically at the top of a mountainous climb from winchcombe. Of course the view is amazing once you get your breath back. If you are in a car it's fine!
Room a little grubby and somewhat cramped.
Service, Cleanliness, attitude of all staff. Always had a very nice time.
Nothing, that's why we have re-visited many times
The breakfast was superb and the waiter was extremely pleasant and helpful. The view was wonderful. The room was comfortable and quiet and on a cold night very cosy.
We didn't like the very stained dirty mattress protector which when it was removed exposed a very stained mattress which should have been thrown out and replaced. The girl who brought clean mattress protectors was helpful and apologetic. The rooms are dated and need some attention.
The most excellent staff throughout the hotel from the manager to the maids and waiters
Room excellent, the staff also. This hotel is really nice ( not 5* but really comfortable and friendly.. Not stuffy at all) 10/10 and we would give it higher if that was possible ! Thank you PS the breakfast was one of the best I have EVER eaten. Staff also ! This place was just wonderful The views from
Nothing .. And I am very difficult to please
The restaurant and bar area are excellent
The rooms are looking a bit tired and are due for refurbishment
Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful. Staff polite. Bar food and ales reasonable. Great views of Malvern hills and close to good walking. Flexibility of booking was helpful
Bedroom and bathroom pretty basic. Bar area a bit tired.
Parvis and his team run the hotel very efficiently. Friendly faces, good service and amazing views. Good location for walking.
Staff friendly and helpful Excellent food Good location
Not the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!
Excellent location. Superb evening meal. Plenty of choice for breakfast. We will stay there again.
Superb views over the Cheltenham area from the front of the hotel and restaurant. Rooms a little basic but staff couldn't be more helpful.
Rooms are just a little basic. But value for money.
