It was (vaguely) comfortable and the bathroom was nice. We stayed two nights and our sheets were not changed after the first - somewhat ridiculous, given that we spent over £200 per night. Also, the promotions were confusing (and inaccurate) and the "view" abysmal. Nothing special whatsoever. |

The room was spacious, comfortable and decorated nicely. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. The restaurants inside the hotel were nice, and the room service menu had a good selection with good food. There was not very many shops or restaurants within close walking distance. |

Comfortable bed; good television system. The bed sheets were still stained; the bathroom mirror had extensive markings; our room was not ready until 3pm (45 minutes after we checked-in); the valet service was extremely poor at our departure (we were left waiting in reception for 20mins & the porter didn't bother to explain why until after 15mins, when someone finally arrived to cover him); the breakfast quality was also poor. |

Good hotel, well run by female staff when the thick trainee was not on reception duty. The rude trainee staff on reception who do not understand the alphabet. Our name is Whittle, but the letter W was misconstrued for double U several times at check-in. His manner was such that any other profession would be preferable for the hotel guests - just get him away from people! |

Room was very clean and comfortable. The concierge was extremely helpful in helping us with transport to the airport, as well as with suggestions for a nice restaurant. The kitchen is also very good. It was the best hotel that I've ever stayed at in London. |
