Die herrliche Aussicht von unserer Suite auf die Houses of Parliament und die Themse. In der ersten Nacht hatten wir ein Zimmer an der Rückseite des Hotels, da fährt - auch nachts - ununterbrochen der Zug durchs Zimmer. Das wurde bei den Gästebewertungen nicht erwähnt. |

Das Zimmer war ausgesprochen schön, der Ausblick war fabelhaftund das Service markellos. Alles in allem eines der besten Hotels in dem ich jemals übernachtet habe (und das sind sehr viele). |

Sehr freundlicher Empfang; wunderbares Frühstücksbuffet; Hotel sehr gepflegt; Eiswürfelmaschine am Gang; sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter Die meisten Zimmer gehen in den Innenhof oder auf eine benachbarte Fassade - man hat aber lt. Beschreibung den Eindruck, dass die Zimmer Weitblick bieten... Fenster nicht öffenbar |

Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage direkt an der Themse ist sehr schön und die Zimmer sind sehr gross für londoner Verhältnisse. Sehr schönes Bad!! Lage an der Themse ist zwar sehr schön, aber dennoch relativ weit entfernt zum Stadtzentrum, wenn man zu Fuss unterwegs ist. |

Dieses Hotel verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Lage eigentlich nicht zu vertreten. |

sehr gute Lage + Erreichbarkeit (an der Themse, schräg gg.über Houses of Parliament+Big Ben); 24-Std.-Busstopp direkt vor der Tür; angenehmes + modernes Ambiente MasterCard-Zahlung hat nicht geklappt (aber Geldautomat direkt neben Hotel war verfügbar); Rückseite des Hotels direkt an Bahngleisen (Züge fahren jedoch nicht die ganze Nacht durch, Fenster sind einigermaßen gut isoliert) |

Sehr praktische Lage. Modernes Hotel. Angenehme Zimmergestaltung. Freundliches Personal. Klosettbrille war bei Zimmerbezug schmutzig, Sauberkeit sonst i.O. Zu kleine Frühstücksräume, daher täglich Wartezeiten. Nur kleines Frühstücksbuffet. Am Sonntag etwas trockene Brötchen im Gegensatz zum Vortag. Nachts um 00:15 Uhr ging in allen Zimmern der Feueralarm los, weil im Erdgeschoss des Hotels jemand den Alarm auslöste. |

1. room overlooking river thames is just about worth the hefty price; 2. excellent restaurant - food and service. 3. Car parking facility on our booking we asked for a "quiet room", thus it would be useful for the hotel to employ at reception people who can read english, but another at reception was very helpful in moving us from a suite overlooking all the railway lines into waterloo station with no glazing to stop the noise to another suite but we had to pay for an upgrade, I asked for the room not to be next to a lift shaft, and of course it was! My experiences of this hotel is to expect to be put in their poorer rooms as the first choice of the reception desk. Access to the communal executive room is limited to the evening which is disappointing. "Executive breakfast" was no different to anybody else's breakfast |

Convenience of location for party we were attending opposite. Breakfast was cold. Hotel is very "clinical" and not very welcoming. Car parking is very expensive. |

First night good (we were on organised trip), but second night even better when we were on "Executive Package", booked independently. Room good size, bathroom excellent, lovely breakfast in Chino Latino Restaurant. Left luggage with charming concierge while we went shopping on last day. Strangely, curtains badly ripped! Had no-one noticed? Does there have to be (quite loud) music everywhere? |

spending time with my partner did not have a good veiw and could not relax or sleep because room was right next to the train track and thats all i could hear the whole time really upset and dissappointed exspeacialy for an executive room this has put me of from staying at hotels |

The stay at the hotel was very good,the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for central London and a short walk for the tube, with a bus stop outside the hotel, we reccomend you purchase a Oyster card for all your tube and bus journey's. We stayed only for the one night but we will certainly stay there again the next time we visit London. We couldnt find anything wrong with the hotel. |
