Service was poor. I had to find someone to take my order for coffee in the bar and to pay for it. The room had no view and very little natural light. At night the outside flood lights, even with curtains drawn gave the impression of dawn. Very difficult to control temperature in our room which made it difficult to sleep. We wanted to spend as little time as possible in the room as it was so dark and dismal. Drinks in the bar very expensive and service at breakfast poor.
The location in London was good, a very open feel, due to being on the Albert Embankment.
7th Floor was suffering from exhaust from the kitchen (only in the corridor not the room).
Comfortable room and bed with great bathroom Location was perfect for us.
Room overlooked atrium and was very dark. Wifi and mobile phone signal were intermittent at best in room
Hotel clean and good location
Didn't get a twin room as we booked.lots of hassle trying to get them to understand it is not convenient and not what I booked. Slept on a sofa bed in the end.
PROXIMITY TO MY DESTINATION
ATRIUM FACING ROOMS ARE DINGY WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY BLOCKING OUT THE SKY AND INADEQUATE INTERIOR LUX LEVELS. GUESTS HAVE NO IDEA IF IT'S DAY, NIGHT, RAINING OR FINE. MY WIFE THOUGHT THE EXPERIENCE DEPRESSING.
We had a superior twin room which was spacious with great facilities. The bar and restaurant were beautiful. Just a short walk from big ben, London eye etc. We ordered room service which was delicious.
Unlucky for us our room was facing the train tracks and a building site.
Location bar area facilities
Leaky shower dust under furniture
Cleanliness/quality Genuine staff approach and customer service Quality of food
Narrow room. Room didn't face the thames, but faced other peoples rooms so no actual daylight came through the window. Dark interior made it more gloomy inside with there being no proper sunlight
Space in the room.
Very slow service in the bar.
Staff were super helpful and polite
Noisy lifts especially in the early hours
very helpful staff and very clean and comfortable great view from room window looking over to westminster
the building work on both sides of the hotel and the water went off on the tuesday just as we were about to shower in the morning
I liked the location
There was a sound (people were repairing something) that didn't let us sleep
Good location! ; London eye is very near by hotel. Only 10 minute by walk. Also, the staion takes 5-10 minute by walk. staffs are not friendly but, not bad. They only do the their own work.
Noise; Next to the building, rail way path through so, little bit uncomfortable(especially in the morning and evening) Also, next to the hotel some building is under construction. The hotel does not notice about that.
Clean, comfortable, modern, well equipped room. Very nice bathroom with bath and shower cubicle.
Building work meant the room had no natural light.
3rd time at hotel Found an Excellent Price Great Location in front of Parliament Buildings, Big Ben and London Eye Very Attentive Professional Staff Near Waterloo Very near Imperial War Museum
Always been great at this hotel
Just perfect!!! Great location, great staff, great room...
Noise due to construction
Having moved new room had partial view of HoP
Vibration and noise from trains at the suite 403
Very modern very clean good staff Close to tourist attractions
Room quite dark at all times of the day also beds very small should have been doubles
Most pf stuff are good
I booked an executive room whereby it says iconic views are subject to availability, whereas when I checked in they asked me if I wish to upgrade my room. Hey guys I thought its SSUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY no SUBJECT TO UPGRADABILITY. For that i felt it was misleading. The staff was also robotic, caprita were bit old.
Good location, helpful staff. The bar next to the reception had very good staff, comfortable chairs, excellent tea. Breakfast was adequate, although overpriced.
Most room views overlook a badly lit central court. The free wifi is slow. For anything resembling modern speeds, you need to pay - which for over £120 a night, you expect to be included.
Relaxing and central location.
friendliness of staff
1. near the riverbank 2. easy access to attractions of westminster area 3. spacious room and bathroom 4. Clean and tidy
1. location is far (about 2 bus stops) from three nearest london underground stations. 2. temporary construction work around
