everything plentiful attentive and friendly staff beautiful room with fabulous view we did not pay extra for this good location lovely breakfast best veggie sausages ever eaten smart accommodation
Good location, good size room and spacious bathroom. On site restaurant well worth a visit
Mattress on bed very hard, uncomfortable nights sleep !
Wonderful bathroom and views - staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Had to change rooms as ours was facing a construction site! It was easy and painless to swap, however. Breakfast was a bit expensive and we ran out of sugar.
Good sized quiet room.
Problem with my tv internet and all TV services etc on checking in. Eventually was resolved only for TV to fail entirely later on.
Room cleaning service was not as carefully provided for long staying guests. Bed was hastily made and the shower stall was not cleaned for days nor was the living room or bedroom hoovered. Maids need supervision
The food was generally poor quality and cold. The porridge (of which there was tons of) was cold; the cooked breakfast was very average - eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms and bacon cold. I thought the food was very 2 star compared to the hotel. Premier Inn breakfast is MUCH better!
The lobby was very impressive and the bar. The bathroom was lovely & clean Staff were very helpful
Tea & Coffee facilities were not replenished during stay but towels were. Bins had not been emptied prior to our stay.
Staff are very helpful; front desk, concierge and house keeping
Payment system not working to produce invoices
Bathroom situation and the picture on the wall with a kid holding a dog with fangs. Creepy
Location friendly and engaging staff
The concierge servises were excellent, especially Andelino.
Regulating the room temperature for comfortable sleeping was difficult. Breakfast buffet was quite expensive. Nothing within close proximity for alternative breakfast dining.
View, friendly staff who remember your name.
Location Décor Staff Cleanliness
Pricing not transparent Mattress was very hard Limited choice in bar (Draught) Not a good view with all the work going on
10th floor toom overlooking tge Thames has stunning views..
We upgraded our room as had two single beds made up separately and pushed together so not a double
good location, not far from the tube and a nice south bank walk too
checkin was a nightmare.. late and I had an afternoon meeting which I could not change for.. the receiptionist kept telling me that it was not a problem.. my room was ready, they had a large group to book in, but she could not cut any keys at the moment... "but it was not a problem". I explained it was as I needed to change for a meeting.. to which I had no reply!
Service was poor. I had to find someone to take my order for coffee in the bar and to pay for it. The room had no view and very little natural light. At night the outside flood lights, even with curtains drawn gave the impression of dawn. Very difficult to control temperature in our room which made it difficult to sleep. We wanted to spend as little time as possible in the room as it was so dark and dismal. Drinks in the bar very expensive and service at breakfast poor.
The location for all amenities is perfect for main attractions and all within a good walk or a short taxi ride.
Our room view (932) was very disappointing, i was also very shocked to find the large window in the room has NO safety catch and can open fully whilst at a very low level for children to open on 9th floor!! A tragedy waiting to happen so a simple safety measure can be implemented??urgent review required
The location in London was good, a very open feel, due to being on the Albert Embankment.
7th Floor was suffering from exhaust from the kitchen (only in the corridor not the room).
Comfortable room and bed with great bathroom Location was perfect for us.
Room overlooked atrium and was very dark. Wifi and mobile phone signal were intermittent at best in room
Hotel clean and good location
Didn't get a twin room as we booked.lots of hassle trying to get them to understand it is not convenient and not what I booked. Slept on a sofa bed in the end.
Clean and tidy, helpful staff
Drinks expensive. Room claustrophobic No air in room could not even open a window View absolutely awful looking straight across to other rooms like a green house. When you woke didnt know whether it was day or night as it was continuously dark outside, very morbid.Asked for a taxi they said it would be fixed price asked said one outside cost £15 for ten minute journey.
PROXIMITY TO MY DESTINATION
ATRIUM FACING ROOMS ARE DINGY WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY BLOCKING OUT THE SKY AND INADEQUATE INTERIOR LUX LEVELS. GUESTS HAVE NO IDEA IF IT'S DAY, NIGHT, RAINING OR FINE. MY WIFE THOUGHT THE EXPERIENCE DEPRESSING.
The location is fabulous and the river view is amazing! The staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant especially Silvia (from Romania)! The room was a great size and the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous. One of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at...really glad we booked it and we will be returning again!
The construction site next door was really quite noisy in the morning when we were trying to sleep!
We had a superior twin room which was spacious with great facilities. The bar and restaurant were beautiful. Just a short walk from big ben, London eye etc. We ordered room service which was delicious.
Unlucky for us our room was facing the train tracks and a building site.
