Customer service was very good all the way through the time that we stayed here... It was a special occasion for my partner and myself, and the hotel responded to a special request that I had written on the booking form - huge amount of credit for that. Room was great, with an amazing view of some of London's most famous sights. Great facilities - might not be the cheapest stay ever, but absolutely worth it! Great little bar on a boat across the road too... Slight moan...breakfast at the weekend was buffet style - excellent!! However, waiter serviced breakfast during the week proved to be a little haphazard and slow... |

The rooms were a good size and clean, and the hotel was very convenient for all the sights The room overlooked other rooms. I was disappointed not to be overlooking the river. It was not pointed out that it was en extra £45 for a river view. |

It was reasonable value and the choice of services were excellent, comfortable rooms and friendly staff Not very convenient for tube services, nearest station was a good 15 minutes walk, with luggage and other items this was not well located for tube services in London |

Good location for visiting city sightings, nice choice for breakfast, luxury rooms, really nice long drinks in hotel bar with perfect barmen. Excellent food and wine choice in Chino Latino Brasserie. We had booked executive room and according information we got in booking confirmation letter that we suppose to have "luxury" bathrobe and slippers, complimentary morning newspaper and mineral water. So nothing mentioned above didn´t happen! Another thing was that there were pretty long queues for breakfasts. Capacity of restaurants for breakfast are not enough. |

Close to London Eye and easy to find. I had deliberatley booked a 'stylish, superior room' as part of a package with bottle of wine on arrival, etc. I was stunned to see that my room was small, with a disabled bathroom/shower, no wine, and the room was quite cold. I was so annoyed as it was clear that I was just put into a back room. I complained at reception, and was told I was 'lucky' there was a room I could move to. |

attentive staff, cleanliness, room comfort, early check in, use of executive lounge i felt the breakfast choice could have been better.Fried eggs had to be specially ordered, I have never found that at a hotel. The scrambled egg had just been replaced and was lukewarm, there was no hash browns. There was no plain croissants, cutlery on table or side plates at the toaster. We were moved to the downstairs restaurant as the other one was full. |

A great location next to the Thames, within walking distance from the Houses of Parliament and the London Eye. The room I stayed in was great, but a clearer river view would have made the experience even better. |

Lovely, clean, modern rooms. Excellent bathroon suite. Disappointing view from bedroom window (other bedroom windows all around, couldn't even see the sky to see what the weather was like outside!) Also, we had a late check out arranged (2pm), however, our room card did not allow us entry to our room after midday, which we were not informed about until we arrived back at our room in a rush to collect our luggage and get to the train station! |

The room was fairly comfortable. Only a couple of things I would have changed but I think the hotel was fairly busy. Only things that could have been better was that we were given the disabled room, which obviously had a walk in shower which wasn't very powerful. The room was right on the railway so quite noisy at times. We didn't receive the bottle of wine on arrival as suggested in our booking confirmation. |

Fantastic location, overlooking the Thames and very close to great attractions, (Eye, Westminster, museums etc..) No. However, next time I would pay the extra and get a room with a view!! |
