good location for all the sights of London.

lack of understanding of simple requests, due to the high number of non English reception staff.

Excellent and very friendly staff. Free upgrade to junior suite which was very spacious and nice. Good bed and shower, nice meals and business facilities. Flexible checkout options.

Although the junior suite was very nice, it was next to a busy railway track which could be quite noisy. If you are sensitive to that, try to get a river view room.

Location relatively convenient to my needs.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Clean and warm. Nice big bed and felt some comfortable. Food was lovely. Was peaceful and calming.

Notice that the skirting was rather scuffed and appeared tatty. Very noisey kettle and cups a little dated. Curtains appeared like they haven't been washed. Chips noticed on mirror. No staff offered me the option to upgrade to a river side view. (This was offered to me last time I stayed).

I wasn`t given th eoption to upgrade my room I had to ask for it.

First of all my most sincere apologies I was unable to meet you upon departure, I did come upstairs at 11:15 after the meeting was over and approached my colleague Ranbir who was dealing with you on check out who then informed me that you had to leave unfortunately. Regarding the upgrade charges, I have spoken to our reception team and concluded that it must have been a misunderstanding. I have been informed that the upgrade you were offered was to a Riverview Suite, to which from your room category is £50 pounds extra, however an upgrade from a superior room (standard room) to an Executive Riverview (no suite) is £40 pounds as advertised in our Reception screens. My apologies this was not clearly communicated to you, I have now made very clear to the team to be more specific and explain all details when offering promotions. In regards to our breakfast facilities, I would like to clarify that our Thames Room is one of our most sought after spaces due to the views and layout. On high occupancy levels we serve our breakfast in our Thames Suite in order to enhance our guests experience and for their comfort, therefore you were not in any way downgraded. I am deeply sorry you felt that way and I guarantee you I will address your comments with our General Manager and all Head of departments for review. I was most shocked to hear that on both occasions we failed to provide you with a solution to your cold food and most disappointed to hear that you left the hotel unsatisfied with the product and service and that has now marred your opinion and faith in our hotels. I guarantee you I take your comments very seriously, here at the Park Plaza Hotel Group we pride ourselves in the quality of service and product and I am sorry that we failed to deliver and meet these on this occasion.

Lots of space in the room, excellent bathroom, lots of windows.

The staff when we arrived were appalling. We were specifically put as a priority booking as we needed to get ready for our wedding but one member of staff on reception was rude and very unhelpful. Eventually one room became available but not until after 2pm. The second room was still not ready by the time we needed to go to the wedding.

Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend it. Our bathroom was huge, spotless & luxurious. The rooms are very large for London and the staff are very efficient. I cannot fault this hotel at all.

convenient to tube station, and within walking distance to the city attractions. had a very warm welcome and the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had a pleasent experience at the park plaza and would definately book this hotel again.

Good location, good sized room and bathroom, nice decoration, very very comfortable! Staff very helpfull and polite. I definitly would love to stay in this hotel again!
