I chose it because it was near to Waterloo and pleasant views, the hotel was very well fitted and decorated to a high standard, plenty of taxis to town, friendly helpful staff, very efficient. |

Able to book a smoking room which was clean, comfortable and a good location in London. Not really, staff were knowlegeable and friendly. Didnt take breakfast as it was extra. |

Location : rather quiet but also near center. Nice decorating, but mainstream I was staying at a unexpected discount and therefor a raisonable price, about 40 % of the normal price, so I don't complain. However, I would not book this hotel at the full price. |

Staff very nice! Booked a standard double for myself and partner and was upgraded to suite free of charge!! Greeted with bathrobe on bed with slippers on floor. There was two TVs and DVDs in suite. Room was amazing for price we paid! Mini-bar, breakfast and room service was extremely over priced! Opted to eat breakfast after check out! |

Great location and easy to get to by car with good parking facilities. Modern decor and excellent cleanliness throughout. Good size bedrooms and very comfortable with lovely bathroom and great to have separate shower cubicle and bath. We had a fab time. The view from our bedroom window and the fact that the window opened fully and we were on the 9th floor! |

took ages to check in. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing. Not enough staff available. Tried to charge us for extras we did not use/have and tried to charge us a higher room rate than that we had been quoted. |
