No bottled water in the room Tight!
The friendliness of the staff on arrival
Housekeeping was slapdash, room overlooked a building site dispite a request two days before our arrival, very noisy. Very disappointing stay
Good location and great price for London. Generally sound 4 star quality, would stay there again when travelling trough London.
Room starting to look tired. Cleanliness wasn't brilliant. There was a strange mural of a young woman with dog in the room that was probably meant to be arty but looked tacky and a bit freaky.
Beds were comfortable Staff very helpfull & friendly
Almost non existing wifi - signal extremley poor Construction noise next door
The hotel facilities generally it was my forth stay.
I was put into a disabled room, the air conditioning was very noisey and I had to turn it off and there was no other heating
Very stylish hotel. Pleasant helpful staff. The bedroom was roomy and clean. Great value for money
Easy to get around from this location. Good hotel with a plush feel inside.
The room I booked didn't meet my expectations for the cost. Had better in London for that price.
Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous Christmas decorations. Wonderful weekend all round.
Size of room could be slightly larger. Cupboard board wouldn't close properly so the light stayed on all night.
The restaurant downstairs (Chino Latino) is amazing. Rooms are modern, comfortable and clean Friendly staff
Room was good and bath room well appointed. Used room service which was very good. Prices good.
Constructuon work next door mared a very nice view.
All round very friendly hotel on the doorstop to all of what you want to see in London.
The staff were fantastic and friendly, nothing too much trouble, even got an upgrade to a room with an amazing view (apart from the builders working on the building next door)!! as I mentioned it was my husbands birthday.
The nearest tube was a little further than we anticipated. We decided to walk into the city which was absolutely fine and took about 15 mins. £21.50 each was rather expensive for a cooked breakfast, so we decided to find somewhere else.
The Thames view, location & staff were fantastic.
The carpets on the floors were tired and dirty. Poor choice of colour, showed stains.
Great location, close to Palace of Westminster
Fire alarm went off, which I don't suppose can be helped but the frightening part was that the hotel staff on our floor didn't seem to know where the emergency stairs were.
Staff were very helpful. Reasonable sized room (for London!)
The hotel name is obscured by scaffolding etc and I walked past it. Room was hot and air conditioning didn't seem to have any effect on this. Could only open window slightly due to some sort of safety device.View from window looked out to rooms on the other side of the hotel - so much for river views! No breakfast included in price - OK so this is normal for London but why is London different from the rest of the UK?
This hotel is the business.
A receptionist was a little funny with us on arrival however everybody else that worked there was great.
Great Location and very helpful staff.....
service in the bar was very slow.
I booked the room on the basis of a river view. Inteed I received a inter view??
Dirty carpet in corridors Vague unpleasant stuffy smell in room View in room 412 awful, had to keep curtains closed for privacy. Beautiful view on website only for upgraded rooms. Disappointed.
Staff down to the last person were friendly and gave the impression they wanted to ensure you had the best stay you could. Clean and spacious room with my only complaint the hideous and dirty skylight outside. It was covered in bird poo and cigarette stubs both of which I detest. This meant I had to keep the curtains permanently closed.
The 'smart' tv/computer I guess appeals to some. However, slow signal and clunky to use in order to make it a hybrid. I would rather a basic tv with a huge choice of channels, so at least you can find a couple whilst getting ready, and unplugged wifi to use if required.
Cigarette burns on the carpet
Excellent stay with an superb view of the river and big Ben. Turning a negative into a positive we will be staying again in January as the concert we went to see was cancelled so will have the pleasure of all the staff and facilities again. definitely recommend
There are building works either side but didn't cause a problem to us as we wanted to get up early anyway but a laying in might not be garuanteed
clean and comfortable.friendly staffs.
noise from next door and out side.
Location Room View Bar
Stains on the top sheet The breakfast was not included in the price. Toilet over running.
All the staff were pleasant and friendly
