Park Plaza Riverbank London

部屋はロンドンでは広いほうだと思いますが、何だか日本のビジネスホテルの感有り。テムズ川に面しビックベ- ンも見える所でロケーションは良いのですが裏手は電車が走り結構音が聞こえました。また駅へのアクセスも散- 歩気分で歩くならいいですが、一番近い駅でも１５分位かかりました。

ベッドメーキングの際、ガウン・歯ブラシを2回も忘れてフロントに電話した

on our booking we asked for a "quiet room", thus it would be useful for the hotel to employ at reception people who can read english, but another at reception was very helpful in moving us from a suite overlooking all the railway lines into waterloo station with no glazing to stop the noise to another suite but we had to pay for an upgrade, I asked for the room not to be next to a lift shaft, and of course it was! My experiences of this hotel is to expect to be put in their poorer rooms as the first choice of the reception desk. Access to the communal executive room is limited to the evening which is disappointing. "Executive breakfast" was no different to anybody else's breakfast

The room was very comfortable - the quality was most pleasing. Good location for bus and tube

The room was hot and needed air con all night - not able to open window for fresh air

Convenience of location for party we were attending opposite.

Breakfast was cold. Hotel is very "clinical" and not very welcoming. Car parking is very expensive.

did not have a good veiw and could not relax or sleep because room was right next to the train track and thats all i could hear the whole time really upset and dissappointed exspeacialy for an executive room this has put me of from staying at hotels

Very comfortable hotel and near to the Brit Oval where we attended the Ashes

The stay at the hotel was very good,the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for central London and a short walk for the tube, with a bus stop outside the hotel, we reccomend you purchase a Oyster card for all your tube and bus journey's. We stayed only for the one night but we will certainly stay there again the next time we visit London.

Everything was perfect. We loved the bar in the evening and the room was really lovely. Great location on the Thames.

Having a trainline outside our bedroom window was a big disapointment as we wanted a river view, however we didnt really notice them as we were only there for 1 night and had sunk a few wines before retreating to our room :)

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff are superb, however the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired.

The room fridge was filthy, there was a hole in the wall, and an iron mark on the carpet.

I liked the fact that it was close and walking distance to the london eye

Yes I did not like the fact that I was not told at booking I would have to pay £45 extra per day! For the thames view rooms. I specificaly booked this hotel as I thought I was getting the river view room and myself and my two chidren were looking very forward to that so very dissapointed... I shall not be staying there again as I can get cheaper rooms and better views then the train tacks!!

The cleanliness of the room was poor. After I complained it took too long for anyone to take action. No one is in charge. Breakfast over cooked and cold. Overall a very disappointing stay.

we loved our room and enjoyed our stay there.

concsiege quite unhelpful in morning of check out . found him quite rude and he tried to charge us for breakfast when already included in price, he even asked for proof of booking whilst we were having our breakfast.we are booked to stay again next year in march for my partners birthday and i hope it will be a better experience as it has cost more this time. one other thing is that the bar tried to had gratuatis to our bill without asking.
