comfort of room - the room was very noisy; the room we had was viewing 10-20 railways of the London transportation system; each minute several trains were passing Windows were not fully phonic isolated and not properly cleaned. The bath consumables were always given for 1 person instead of two. Additional were provided by request only. The breakfast restaurant was too small for the no. of guests. We had to queue in 1-2 mornings. No fresh vegetables were provided. |

Very good location in walking distance from the city, underground nearby, luxury interior of the rooms. Good restaurant in the hotel. Very efficient organisation of large crowd at breakfast. We had a room at the backside of the hotel, so instead of the river Thames we overlooked very busy railwaytracks. Altough no trainnoise came into the room. |

Great package of room, bottle of wine and full English breakfast for £119, we upgraded to a river view for an extra £30 and were on the 10th floor overlooking the Houses of Parliament and London Eye - a wonderful view! I shopped around a lot and this seemed like great value compared to what else was offer. Hotel was lovely and staff were very helpful. Hotel positioning is very good for exploring. |

Upgraded on arrival to a 5 star suite, which was fantastic. Hotel in general was clean, modern and majority of staff were very polite and helpful. Downside was that room should have been available from 2pm, but had to wait around until 430pm before it was ready. |

All the staff were really helpful. The hotel looked amazing as soon as you walked in the door and the rooms were lovely and clean. The walls in the rooms were a bit thin as we could hear the people next door who liked to get up a bit early in the morning! |

The room was comfortable,breakfast was very nice,hotel was very nice to look at,very modern! The staff were a little unfriendly,air con wasnt very good and unable to open window,not a very good veiw,and walls needed repainting in our room. |

Firstly we would like you to pass on our sincere thanks to all the staff at the park Plaza, They were brilliant!! This stay was for our wedding annversary, and when we arrived we were pleasently surprised to learn that we had been upgraded to a 5 star suite. This really was a lovely gesture by the hotel which we are greatly thankful for. We have already recommended this to our friends who have already booked this hotel through Booking.com. |

The hotel staff were very welcoming, at reception, at the concierge station and in general around the facilities. The room, in particular the bathroom, was beautifully designed and very clean. |

Customer service was very good all the way through the time that we stayed here... It was a special occasion for my partner and myself, and the hotel responded to a special request that I had written on the booking form - huge amount of credit for that. Room was great, with an amazing view of some of London's most famous sights. Great facilities - might not be the cheapest stay ever, but absolutely worth it! Great little bar on a boat across the road too... Slight moan...breakfast at the weekend was buffet style - excellent!! However, waiter serviced breakfast during the week proved to be a little haphazard and slow... |

The rooms were a good size and clean, and the hotel was very convenient for all the sights The room overlooked other rooms. I was disappointed not to be overlooking the river. It was not pointed out that it was en extra £45 for a river view. |

It was reasonable value and the choice of services were excellent, comfortable rooms and friendly staff Not very convenient for tube services, nearest station was a good 15 minutes walk, with luggage and other items this was not well located for tube services in London |
