The restaurant was closed on Sundays and no mention of 'room service'. Fire alarm went off TWICE whilst there....on the same night.

Most staff were excellent- friendly and very helpful while being professional. The location was in a nice area and convenient for our visit. The restaurant provided us with a lovely dining experience- elegant with good food and surroundings.

A mouldy piece of orange in a drawer found on arrival- detected from its smell. And the receptionist on duty when we checked out was very cool and spoke to us only when we asked questions, and pushed our bill across the desk to us without a word!

Well this is just being picky but bathroom mirror is alittle shabbby and the taps on basin and plughole unattractive and needs attention.

I travel with my husband and two daughters, I have booked two double rooms and made payment by credit card, and received confirmation from Booking.com, later on hotel said they can't provide two double rooms for me and suggested us to their sister hotel! Finally they provide one double and two signle rooms for us, that made me so inconvenience, I feel the hotel and booking.com are so unprofessional.

Great breakfast. Crisp bed linen and warm duvet Good on detail like snacks in the room and bathroom accessories. This is our second stay. They have a great family room in the basement.

Room Five is over the bar. We stayed on a Saturday night and it was a bit noisy.

checkin wasn't pleaseant, the gents lavatory is situated in the entrance westibule so when you walk in you have "that smell"
