Riverside Hotel  

Good location, good service, nice sized room.

Bit old-fashioned in appearance. Heating turned off overnight making room cold.

Great family Run Hotel...

Good if you are visiting Richmond on Thames.

Clean and friendly good breakfast. Beautiful view.

I did not like climb up to top floor

I liked the fact it was on the Thames River, close to shops and yet also very close to Richmond Park, and only a bus ride away from Kew Gardens. The local restaurants and shops were excellent; so were the walks along the river.

Only 2 parking spaces, with very little evidence of anywhere convenient to park in the neighbourhood.

Large, well-equipped room, big comfortable bed, lovely view over river, good value for the price (£85 single) although decor is faded - it got away with it, characterful rather than drab! Don't expect contemporary/boutique, then you're fine.

I loved the full English breakfast and the quaint atmosphere of the hotel. The view of the Thames was lovely and there were excellent services such as wireless internet and tv.

The best thing about the hotel is the location, close to the Richmond town centre. The hotel staff provided us with rooms with a view, listening to our requests. However, their offer to change a double room to a single room for our single friend did not stand at checkout. They charged the original price despite promises to give a discount. Not good service. Breakfast was standard and ok, service a bit patronising.

σίγουρα η τοποθεσια. το δωμάτιο που σου δίνει την αίσθηση του σπιτιού. η συμπεριφορα της ιδιοκτήτριας και του γιου της.

οι μυρωδιές απο την κουζίνα που έφταναν στο δωμάτιο. η έλλειψη no disturb ταμπελιτσας στην πόρτα. ο υπερβολικός θόρυβος του ανεμιστήρα στο μπάνιο. η χρέωση του ιντερνετ. ο ιδιοκτήτης-μπαμπάς ίσως θα πρέπει να χαμογελάει που και που:)

Fint läge vid Themsen. Strålande frukost.Trevlig småstadsmiljö med vacker strandpromenad och ändå nära London (zon 4). Perfekt läge för ett besök på Kew Gardens. Flera bra restauranger, T.ex. Cote, (obs! Ofta fullt på kvällarna, men inte lång väntan.) Cote finns även vid Covent Garden, men inte lika trevligt.

Enkla fönster som kan ge lite drag på vintern, men tjock gardin hjälpte vid 10-gradig kväll.

Hotellet var trevligt. Bra frukost och rummet var fint. Personalen trevlig och hjälpsam. Läget är jättebra om man vill ha det lugnt och fint på sin semester. Det fanns en del shopping i närheten och många trevliga restauranger.

Det var långt in till centrala London.
