The shower was outstanding and the room size was larger than expected! Over all this was a very good, quality facility. To be honest there was actually nothing wrong with it!

Fabulous location, a balcony overlooking the Thames, and just a few yards from the heart of Richmond, with great restaurants and shopping. No need to cook, but a perfectly adequate kitchen if I had wanted to. The apartment itself was spotless, stylish,thoughtfully equipped and spacious (bed was enormous!). Unless you want the extra facilities of a hotel, this is such great value for a short stay. I loved it.

Nice location if you need to be in or near Richmond. Perfect view overlooking the river and a spacious room that is affordable. Helpful staff. Great location for a day at Twickenham too. Not too far from central London, but I would not recommend it if you want to see much of central London.

Beautiful location overlooking the Thames, extremely comfortable accommodation, great to have cooking facilities, very clean and quiet. Parking isn't brilliant with only two spaces outside which need to be reserved and cost £10.00 per day.
