Sofa not to comfortable.
Comfortable apartment, good quality furniture and kitchen utencils,
Not being told that there was an ongoing building site in front of our window, because of flood prevention work.
We have got every comfort and felt at home. We give 100% marks to Riverview.
An apartment with good kitchen facilies as well as separate lounge rooom, bathroom and bedroom. Within walking distance of train station and shops. We enjoyed a comfortable stay over four days and were pleased to find such an apartment in a city where guest houses and B&B's seem to abound.
View of river temporarily marred by construction cladding due to adjacent sea wall being repaired. There are swings and round abouts as to the position on the river of the apartment. It is close to the mouth of the river which is not on the most beautiful green bank and trees part of the river and is in a more working class type area. However this psition has the advantage of being within walking distance of train station and shops. The photos on the website accurately depict the apartment and the complex. However I wouldn't exactly say the apartment is in a 'luxury' complex as is written on the website. However the complex certainly looks to be well maintained and adequate and the apartment is value for money. We found it a nuisance not to be able to receive confirmation that we were able to access the apartment before the designated 4pm on arrival, particularly as we needed to get dressed and be at a function by 4.30pm after travelling by train from York since 7am that morning. Fortunately we were able to access the apartment on early arrival (for which we were grateful) but it would have been nice to have been advised of that in advance.
Location and lovely private apartment with parking.
as we arrived late it would have been nice to have a welcome pack wven a bottle of milk bread and butter so we could have a hot drink and toast.
very poor shower pressure.
All conveniences of a well equipped unit especially washing machine. Close to town centre.
Door very hard to open.
Really enjoyed our stay here. Comfortable, warm little apartment with everything we needed.
Size of the apartment was good, the kitchen had everything needed.
Firstly we have stayed in many apartments on our trip to the UK and I don’t feel that this apartment or complex justifies the term luxury. The furnishing are quite outdated and not of a high standard. Yes it is located beside the Waterloo Bridge but with intensive flood mitigation works in progress, having two large diggers and trucks right outside the kitchen and lounge room windows, greatly inhibited the views. We feel that an email from the owner informing us of this work would have been appropriate as the works will continue for at least 18 months. Having the garbage bins and garbage area outside the bedroom windows detracted from the environment as did the garbage blowing around the front door and car park. Also having the bins emptied early in the morning when they are outside the bedroom is quite off putting. The shower rose did not stay in position and the shower tap was erratic in operation. The toilet seat had been painted white and had peeling paint showing the black underneath. Also there were no toiletries which belied the luxury description of the apartment.
The proximity to town
The shower which probably needed attention
Excellent Apartment, very central for the Town and lovely view of the River. Very clean and Comfortable, everything you need was supplied. Excellent Wifi. Nice decor, felt like a home from home.
Shower wasn't very powerful.
Spacious, the extra TV room was a bonus. Very comfortable, great position.
Very quiet and beautifully decorated, good appliances and had its own parking. Not too far from centre of Inverness. Lovely crockery and owner details of how to work the applicances. Very comfortable bed. Lovely apartment.
Personally I would have preferred to be more upriver than I was. I would have liked a better view right on the river.
Nice flat near City center Highchair
The baby crib smelled bad, no duvet, linen for the crib
within short walking distance of city centre
Location within nice walking distance of the city, space, iPod player, kitchen facilities with some condiments
Hadn't been properly cleaned before I arrived (damp towels, rubbish in bin), washer but no dryer
Very good apartment. Well equipped close to cit centre.
