Met by owner/mgr at the apartment shown how everything works etc. terrace with a view of river. excellent location for everything in the City
problem with showers could not get to even temperature.
Perfect location with parking for town centre and lovely views of the river and beyond.
The on suite is very small with strange folding door that would not close.
The apartments were not far from the train station, the view was amazing, especially at night time. Very good location for shopping. The apartment was very clean and tidy. The interior was modern and clean. We very much enjoyed our stay. We'll book here again in the future over a hotel.
The only fault we found was the main door into the building was difficult to unlock but we managed
Location, facilities, two bathrooms and the view!
The metal double bed creaked a lot and kept waking us up.
Location Comfort Facilities
The location and the fantastic view at night were well above what we expected.
One single bed was faulty and did not give a good nights sleep, this has been flagged to the management and it will be repaired so that it is not a problem for future tenants.
Location, welcome, heating, balcony, comfort
Initially the mattress, but this was soon sorted
Apartment fine , clean , very disappointed , I booked , apartment , with . balcony ,, WHy take a booking for a ,,apartment ,,when you advertise ??? To be told going up in lift no balcony ..as a person, don't smoke ,,..won't be recommend
The manager promptly dealt with any minor issues that arose.
More than 4 settings of crockery would be good.
View is excellent and location very central
Blinds were faulty (that was a pain), bathroom door handle broken (daughter got locked in), kitchen lights under cupboards didn't work.
On the ninth floor of a modern block, the apartment has great views over the city and the river. Approachable staff - quickly sorted out a minor problem. The apartment is conveniently situated close to galleries and museums, cinemas and theatres and shops.
Crokery was chipped and inadequate- this was reported after our visit and we were assured that it would be replaced, so hopefully it has been. The extractor fans in the bathrooms were not working, but we have been told that this woul be attended to. This will not put us off returning.
Location Cleanliness Homely feel Everything you needed in home away from home
Big rooms on a view, fridge and freezer and washing machine. Its big enough to hold parents and fore children. Free WiFi and its close to a mall and Glasgow center station.
The cleaning is not the best. When we visited we had to clean the washing machine (the place you put the soup) and the vacuum cleaner... There is not much space to hang a lot of wet cloths.
My husband & I travelled to Glasgow for my mother's 101st birthday. Instead of staying at a hotel we tried these apartments for a change and found them to be excellent. We will certainly stay here again.
The location was excellent The beds were good The apartment was big and well organized.
The apartment was not clean.
The view was amazing. Great location and clean apartment
The location was great. The apartment was modern. It was nice having parking in the building.
Great central location & great views
Wonderful lokation, fantastic view, safe car parking, very nice and helpful manager.
Some of the furniture and equipment was pretty worn out.
The location and view of the river were the best attributes. Spacious, clean and functional for 4 people. Excellent response from staff.
Need a bit of additional attention on details.
Location, facilities excellent, view of the Clyde and half a dozen of its bridges from the window
My only complaint would be the mattress and pillows were too soft, though my wife liked them but she does prefer a softer mattress and pillows to me
Room for the 3 of us to spread out. Great view. Nice kitchen. Easy to walk to everything. Had washer/dryer.
Ceiling leak in bathroom.Bathroom vent did not work. Light out in bathroom. Carpet needs cleaning or replaced. Did not get form for VAT. Could not turn volume up enough to hear TV.
Comfortable and well appointed apartment. Brilliant location and great views.
Lock to block from Maxwell Street was rather worn out.
This apartment beat any hotel I saw on booking.com in Glasgow for size and livability - at any price. Two baths and a huge balcony with fabulous views added to the value of having a kitchen, dining space, sofa, and big screen TV. The location, Merchant City, proved to be my favorite neighborhood in Glasgow for its interesting architecture and walkability to restaurants and attractions. For example, it was easy to walk to the Glasgow Cathedral and then over to the People's Museum in the East End (we're fit 60-somethings, but I'm the first one to take a cab if the walking gets tiresome). The apt. is also around the corner from Glasgow's major shopping street and the Subway, which we took to Riverfront attractions and to visit different neighborhoods in the West End. The apt. building was quiet and felt safe. The facing buildings on a small stretch on Maxwell St are dilapidated, but they just look ripe for redevelopment - not threatening. Booking and interaction with Gerry were efficient and pleasant. Everything went well and lived up to expectations from the web site.
The beds were not comfortable - like sleeping on a thin pull-out sofa.
excellent central city location plenty of space and facilities great staff lovely and clean fantastic value for money
