The staff went out of their way to help me. My room was cleaned properly every day. The other hotel guests were very friendly. |

Great views and location. Courteous and friendly young staff. Room well equiped. Bed comfortable. Hotel layout, dining area. Potentially a very good hotel, but in need of a refurb. No dinner served during duration of stay, despite it being listed on web site. The building has seen better days, room and general decor shabby, timber windows in bedroom rotting, noisy plumbing. |

The friendliness of the staff, especially the young man at breakfast on the 16/17/18/19 June, he was fery professional and polite. It seems in need of a little T.L.c, |

It was a pleasant trip with very friendly staff working at the hotel. The one thing that we were not happy with was the bathroom not having a shower and the taps were not functioning correctly. |

The whole experience! Breakfast was cold, no lunch menu offered, set dinner - (Although it did offer a choice of a Meat, Fish or Veg. Course) - all to be eaten within 1 hour. The Hotel indicated that it was an AA3* Rated Hotel by Letterhead and by outside Logo, and - worse - by Price. I would not rate it better than a 1950's Blackpool Guest House. |

The staff were friendly & the location was good, both for the town of Newquay & access to the airport. It's location was perfect for clifftop walks & the beach. The facilities were pretty old & in need of restoration. The cold water tap in my wash bowl was not working,so only scalding hot water was available with which to clean your teeth, wash hands, etc. |

Very convenient for the beaches and sea view was lovely. Good position on fringes of main town. Room was a bit worse for wear, light switch hanging off the wall. mian bar area a bit tired looking as are cooridors. Building been refurbished next door not particularly inviting. Car park a mess.hardly seemed to be any other guests in the hotel. |

The sea views from our room were superb The room radiator was not working making room so cold we had to transfer to one where radiator was barely working! Hotel looked tired and buffet style cooked breakfast left a lot to be desired. |
