Unfortunately, when we went there in late September, the central heating was turned off. However, a freestanding heater was supplied to the room, which worked quickly and well. Our rooms were on the 3rd floor, and at one point the lift was out of order, which could have been a problem for someone with limited mobility. We were on half board, but the prices for dinner and drinks were high.
The location, residents' lounge and restaurant were excellent. The food was imaginative and delicious. There was a fresh dinner menu every night with good choices. The staff were helpful and professional and service in the restaurant was good. The room was comfortable overall.
