the efficiency and courtesy of all staff and the standard of food was excellent, as for the price/value you could not do better. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. quite a few steps to reach some places, like games room. A little awkward for one of our group. |

We liked the position of the hotel to the seafront. The breakfast was always well presented and a large choice. The indoor swimming pool and other facilities were good. We thought the cost of the evening meal was expensive and the rooms need the decor updating. Having said that it was clean and the service was fine. |

location, room. why put extractor fans right outside a balcony with a sea veiw?, do you know how horrible it is to wake up to the smell of fryed eggs blasting out? breakfast was poor, juices like water ,dry cardboard croissants , coffee like treacle, such a shame. |

The bedroom was fine and the breakfast was very good. Hotel a bit out on its own, which made it quiet at night time. Though it was easy for us to walk into the town for the evening although it was four bus stops away. All the 'lower' staff were not English although they should be considered for the work. |

We had a family room which was split into hall, 2 separate bedrooms, and bathrooms off the hall. This meant as parents we had a completely separate bedroom to our son, so could stay up after he went to bed which was great! Our room was out the back and was not the most picturesque. That said, all was clean, and once inside the room completely fine. |

We intended to send a letter to your hotel to comment on the excellent breakfasts that were served in the dining room. There was plenty of choice and the hot buffet was great - the plates were always hot, the food was well cooked and the ingredients (particularly the sausauges and bacon) were of a good quality. Very yummy! (Only complaint - in three days I put on 4 1bs!!!!) The reason we particularly wanted to highlight the excellent breakfast service was that we have travelled to many places over the years, including the Carribean, America, Canada, Spain, Italy, Europe, Balearic and Canary Islands - staying in many many hotels but... We really feel that the Riviera breakfast was the best one we have ever had!!!!!!!!! Well done Yes ... the weather!!!! (Not your fault we know) |

Most of staff members are nice people. Would be nice if members of staff could wait for the response after knocking on doors, instead of coming in to the room straight away. Or customers should be able to lock the room's door from inside. I found prices bit to high for that hotel. |

We liked the outdoor and indoor swimming pools. We particularly enjoyed the DJ who looked after the Family Disco in the evening when the children were entertained before bedtime.. Would have preferred less radio talk whilst at outdoor pool. |

Really friendly staff. Only 5 minutes walk from the beach and the if you wished to walk to the pier only an extra 15 minutes along the beach. Amazing breakfast! Free WiFi. Lovely outdoor pool. Very clean room and bathroom. Slightly outdated decor. Outdoor pool area could have had a few more plants or decorations, was a little plain. Rooms got quite hot, a fan or air-con would have been nice but after leaving the window open a bit was ok. |

The location of the hotel by the beachfront and the indoor pool. No private changing rooms around pool and male/female toilet should be seperate in this area. Should serve food all day. |

Staff very pleasant. Especially in restaurant. Friendly atmosphere. Quiet location. The bed was unpleasant. Breakfast was too late for business travel. The noise in the room, especially from floorboards made sleep impossible. |

The balcony view Bed was really lumpy & uncomfortable. The noise from late night revellers having a conference at the hotel. Not a family hotel at all. |
