The location on a nice quiet street and close walking distance to the beach. The staff were really friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The breakfast was excellant and had real value for money. The sun loungers around the outdoor pool were a bonus as it was great weather. The rooms are quite small and very noisy bathrooms as they have no windows, bed was very springy and uncomfortable. |

Indoor swimming pool, good breakfast, comfortable room, digital tv, was able to leave car prior to registering and after checking out. Outdoor pool not heated, short on shower gel and shampoo, bathroom a bit small. |

Breakfast was very good as was the cleanliness of the hotel Air conditioning would have been preferable the room was incredibly hot and uncomfortable. We had to ask for a fan which was little or no use at all. |

The hotel was clean, located close to beach & shops/restaurants. Pool & sauna facilities were very nice to have! The breakfast service was very disorganised & the serving staff weren't at all pro-active. |

The area it is situated in is very quiet and its near the city centre. I believe the front staff should be more cheerful to visitors. Some hotel staff always ask guests if everything is okay and even ask this question when you are checking out, but your desk staff are very cold. I would recommend your hotel but i would jusrt explain to the people not to expect much from staff |

Reception staff were very friendly and welcomed us with a smile Cannot recommend the dinner experience - seemed like disorganised chaos - 2 tables (one ours) were asked what we would like for dessert after finishing our starter! We were served by about 5 different people. Cooking was genrally poor - fish main course over cooked and dry, tasteless carrots (duck was nice though!) Desserts - profiteroles dry and texture of carboard with a horrible looking brown miracle whip cream and a mousse that was defintely in a tuile basket but was nothing like any mousse ever tasted. Breakfast was surprisingly good however! |

The staff were very helpful, well dressed and proffessional. Waiter who dropped tray of dinner did not get in a flap and so maintained relaxed atmosphere. Room was very stuffy, the weather has to take general resposibility for this. mattress was very uncomfortable, springs were prominant. Would have mentioned this if we had been staying longer. |

We chose a family bedroom with a sea view and private balcony, which was very clean and had a new bathroom. There was a wedding reception and disco going on but this did not disturb us in any way at all. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. All in all a very good experience - thank you Riviera |

The room was a good size with a clean and bright ensuite. The views to the sea were also very good with it only being a short distance away. The rooms seem to get very hot and even with windows open, took a while to cool down. Air con could be worth while. |

the swimming pool the whole Saturday was taken by a wedding party. I had trouble with the restaurant being taken and the bar. Couldnt have a decent dinner because of that. Id like to be told of this when I was doing my reservation. |

﹐ well..me & my partnet had a rush but wonderful 2days 1 night off in this hotel, drive from hotel to anywhere is so easy, to the beach, to the supermarket, to the dining place...we've been 4 hotels to celebrate my birthdays in last 4 yrs, this is the best one so far..other resorts were high room rates but we found that they didn't worth.and this one...highly recomand to u all !! actually, me & my partnet couldn't pick a piece of dust in this trip !! |

The lift was a blessing and the staff were very approachable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Sitting quietly in the lounge to read or watch TV and having a drink or a pot of tea was very relaxing. I also liked the setout of the Hotel, roomy, spacious and views of the sea The hotel room, though spacious, was in my opinion a little behind the times as far as decor etc. my mattress was also very hard and lumpy which I softened with one of your spare blanket. |

The bed was very uncomfortable. It gave both me and my boyfriend very bad back aches. We mentioned it to the hotel staff and our mattress was replaced but it was no better. |

I liked the room and the balcony and the staff were friendly and helpful The hotel is definetly in need of updating - the outside pool was cold and dirty. The reception and restaurant and bar areas needs a facelift. There is also a need for more parking. |

Excellent staff attending immediately to your needs and clean, pleasant surroundings throughout the hotel. Meals were good and Sunday lunch was excellent quality and value. Nothing to complain about! |
