location-near to the sea side yes, the beds were very hard and uncomfortable. This was a comment made by all of the groups i came with. |

The hotel staff were very friendly and the bed was very comfy! Parking was a bit of a problem, but I am sure this was only because it was the weekend and functions were being held in the hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean The bed was very uncomfortable and much too hard to sleep on, as were the pillows. I hardly slept a wink. Also, we were not told of a large office party when we booked, or that the hotel restaurant would therefore be out of bounds. The hotel bar was also too noisy for me and my autistic son to eat in, and we were not planning to eat away from the hotel as it was a very short stay in Bournemouth. Notice of this event and also some control over the noise outside the hotel would be useful for clients. |

Evening meal was very good.Sadly breakfast was dried up. Had to fight are way past the smokers to get into the hotel. Hairdryer was not working in our room. Staff on reception unhelpful. |

All the staff were well trained with a very good attitude,polite and well turned out. The menu was not priced and £22 50 each for a standard 3 course meal was over the top |

Staff where polite and helpfull,bedrooms clean and tidy but the room I strayed needed some work to one of the windows as it did not close 100%.For the price it was top draw. |

The staff and management were extremely helpful and polite. The provision for special diets was very good, and the food at the evening meal was delicious and well presented.My husband and I enjoyed the chance to relax in the sauna and pool and jacuzzi before our evening meal. We loved the proximity to the beach, and went there in the evening and the next morning, even though we were only there 1 night. Our bedroom was near the lift, so we could hear it going up and down. Fortunately, because we went in November, there weren't too many late night revellers ; e.g. stag or hen nights! |

Hotel is fine.it's comfortable and clean.which is the main thing I look for anyway.plus it's got indoor pool nad sauna,bonus Breakfast service is abit disorganised but the food it's self is fine. |

The helpfulness of the staff even without asking.Cheerfulness at breakfast and the introduction of menu.Plenty of parking off road.We were even given a map to find our sons flat in Bournemouth. Difficult to find Hotel.Door to room noisey to shut could disturb other guests if returning late. |

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean The bed was rather old and the mattress was quite noisy. Also during the night the rain was quite loud on the bathroom skylight |

We were made welcome by all staff. Rooms were very nice and clean. Near the beach. the swimming pool was very nice but unfortunately changing rooms were very tiny and shower wasn't very good. |

We found the hotel very good and had a good feel. The staff were very good and nothing was a problem.Decor was also very good.The only thing you could add maybe a small fridge to put some drinks in or cold drinks machine. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean well appointed room. Good quality breakfast. Value for money! It is a little remote from the bars, pubs, etc. 5 mins in a cab though. |

the efficiency and courtesy of all staff and the standard of food was excellent, as for the price/value you could not do better. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. quite a few steps to reach some places, like games room. A little awkward for one of our group. |

We had a very nice time at the Riveria Hotel !! the staff were very helpful as we were new to the area the pool and sauna jaccuzzi was great very good bar food and breakfast I would definately stay there again maybe in the summer in the family appartments. Definately no!! |
