My room was basic but comfortable. It was clean and everything worked well. The staff were friendly, the location was great. Just 2 minutes from the seaside and all other attractions within walking distance. I would stay there again. |

The proprietors were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed prompt service. Walking up three floors to our room was a bit of a trial. |

Friendly staff who were very informative. Especially about finding places of interest that even the local council could not help us with. They also went on the net to find more information for us. Cost of the drinks in the bar it was very expensive especially for soft drinks ie coca cola.£2.00 A can. |

Staff were polite and helpful. Good value for money. (This was the least expensive place I could find. It is not fancy, but it is decent given the low price.) Note that there is no longer an additional charge for the wireless internet access, and the signal strength was quite good in my room. Some noise from the street during the night, but only for brief periods. |

Breakfast The room (single, en suite) needed a good clean. It was very basic & small. The shower was in the cupboard. The shower curtain had mould on it. The fixtures & fittings were either dirty, rusty or dusty. |
