With free Wi-Fi, Gibtel Lodge is 0.5 miles from the M4 motorway and 10 minutes’ drive from Heathrow Airport. A TV, free tea and coffee and a hairdryer are included in every bright, spacious room.

It was clean and had plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Two clean cups and saucers and clean glasses. Powerful shower. Clean towels and also shampoo and shower gel. There was a working kettle, refrigerator and also a microwave in the room.

    I am writing to inform you that we will be vacating the property earlier than planned, within the next hour. Despite our previous communications regarding problems encountered during our stay, these issues have not been satisfactorily resolved. Additionally, we are now facing a malfunctioning shower regulator, which has made it impossible for us to maintain basic hygiene. This series of unresolved problems has significantly impacted our experience and falls well below the standards expected. This situation is unacceptable, and we are considering further actions to address our dissatisfaction. We will be returning the keys to the designated area as we leave. I would appreciate your prompt attention to these matters, and I look forward to discussing a possible resolution.

    The hotel was too noisy with the a Club that is attached to the hotel. If you are unlucky enough to get a room on that side of the hotel, the music drones through the room. Why they would think that anyone would be happy to stay in one o those rooms is beyond me. Maybe some don't care. I was moved rooms at 00:15 to a quieter side of the hotel. But would have been nice to not have to have waited being told the music would stop by Midnight. Which the hotel, I should add, have no control over.

    Couldn't fault the place, so relaxing and out of the way in a lovely secluded place 😊 Restaurant was lovely, planned on getting a delivery, the menu changed our minds. Would avoid spending one day next time and make it a few days.

    A peaceful place with a central market that meets all the day to day requirements. If you want to spend a quiet vacation in a suberb then this is an option. Long walks, a park, not much of a crowd or traffic. Ideal place to sit and do a project or write a thesis. You can walk around the market anytime you feel bored. A few good pubs and food of all cuisines.

    Convenient for London via the Elizabeth Line.

    Convenient for London via the Elizabeth Line. The Chalvery Holiday Inn Express is a bit far from the rail station tho', and the walk is through some rather run-down areas. You'd best take a taxi, especially if it is late.

    nice and close to Slough for work purposes. great price. was upgraded to an executive double on arrival. very comfy bed with crisp sheets, fluffy towels and plenty of hot water. fridge, hairdryer, tea tray, iron and ironing board. decent size flatscreen tv and a massive sofa! despite some poor reviews I read, this is a decent place to stay near Slough for a night or two. only issue was the sound of other guests doors banging.. but it’s a hotel and you kind of expect that. still, I had a decent sleep and the staff I met were very polite.

    Rooms are spacious, basic utensils are available, the third floor balcony gives a good view, and it allows fresh air. Easy to communicate with Delta. I requested extra towels, which were provided to me within a few hours. The elevator in the building allows all my 7 suitcases in one go. Tesco Extra and Train Station are at 10 minutes walk and Slough High Street in 15 minutes. It is a perfect place for 4 members to stay.

    The Ostrich was a fun atmospheric stay for the end of our trip with its wild history and ancient roots. It's close enough to Heathrow with a ton more character than a typical airport-adjacent hotel. The pub and staff were cozy and friendly. Our room was nicely updated and quirky to the historic aspect of the building (no two walls or floors are alike).

    convenient check in and room was nice, bed comfortable. handy enough although airport transfers not helpful (told I have to get a bus to the bus station to try and find one, which with luggage is not convenient), so cost £35 in a taxi to get there is well over the top. (only £7 from hotel to airport T4)

    We had a lovely, relaxed stay. The hotel was very quiet, not many other guests during our stay. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and professional. We would definitely book to stay again when travelling to Windsor.

    We were transferred to The Ibis Budget Heathrow Central. T5 Ibis is closed for 12 m0nths. . Staff were very friendly and super efficient. Clean comfortable room, quiet overnight. Great meal in hotel's restaurant.

    The price was good when you consider the price of hotels nearer to the airport.if you arrive at terminal 5 the local bus stop 7 to Slough get off at the hotel,I think the bus was 703 flight rider.
