I had the best night sleep in ages. I appreciated the luscious bed linen, cleanliness, peace and quiet and the hospitality I received. I was very well looked after and I considered the room rate very reasonable after seeing prices in Bath in general. I recommend this place to anyone.

The hosts (Anna and Rob) were very welcoming and provided excellent local knowledge. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable king sized bed. The adjoining ensuite was more than adequate. On street parking permits were provided (foc). The lodge is within walking distance of the main hub of Bath and its eateries etc. The only issue was infrequent train noise due to the close proximity to the main train line. We like to open the windows for fresh air and the train activity was easily heard. Not a big issue when the windows were shut.

Its cleanliness, charming hosts, price¸ superb beds and linen. Just far enough from the buzz of the city centre and within comfortable walking distance. Got lots of tips from the hosts on where to visit and eat. Had a great stay and recommending it all. Nothing

“The Bath Priory is a small luxury hotel - very similar to a country house, but within 20 mins walk of Bath town centre. There were comfortable lounges decorated with numerous paintings, fresh flowers, deep sofas with lots of newspapers and magazines to peruse. In fine weather you can sit on the terrace overlooking the beautiful back garden. The service hit exactly the right balance of formality and friendly - putting you at ease and helping you to relax. The food was fabulous - beautifully cooked and well presented. The spa is small but with so much to see and do in Bath I didn't spend much time there. It was lovely to have a swim and sauna at the end of a tiring day.” James, Beckenham |
