A quiet, comfortable room, just a 10-15 minute walk from town. Immaculate, tastefully decorated, spacious- for Europe, with a king sized bed, and extraordinarily good lighting. The couple went way beyond what is expected to make our stay more enjoyable. Small T.V. with very few stations |

Unsurpassed hospitality of the managers/owners. Extremely clean, quiet, convenient to the city centre, plenty of free on street parking nearby (taking your car to the city centre strongly discouraged as the city has one way traffic system, shortage of parking spaces and itself walkable in 20 minutes in any direction) and, most of all, the facility of very reasonably priced, highly recommended,... Absolutely nothing |

Attention to detail from the owners and the treatments we both had. Not being able to check into the room until mid afternoon having driven from London, although I was able to leave my bags in the hotel rather than in the car. |

The hotel is only small so you get to know the owners. They are very friendly and they possess a wealth of knowledge when it comes to things to see and do in Bath. The rooms were a good size and nicely finished, as was the en suite. |

We were about 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre and the place was very peaceful, comfortable, clean and friendly. Free wireless access to the internet and free parking nearby were a great bonus. Some of our group who stayed in the heart of the city found parking difficult and expensive, and were kept awake by late night revellers and seagulls fighting. |

People were helpful, room was clean and spacious It has no parking facilities and parking is difficult in the area with residents parking only. They should provide parking permits. |

The wonderful, friendly service. We were treated fantastically. The room was extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast brought to your room was a nice touch. It was a little overpriced. I think the commission fee pushed the cost of one night to £145. As you can't check in before 3pm and check out is 10am, it's pretty pricey. I've stopped at lots of B&Bs/Hotels and have not ever had to check out by 10am. We also had breakfast at 9am and were expected out an hour later. It didn't give us time to really enjoy our breakfast, shower and get ready. |

Everything. The room was fantastic: spacious, modern and extremely clean. Service was friendly and very helpful. Location was perfect - really close to town. We returned a few days later. Fantastic stay. |
