its location,good breakfast,pleasant staff,nice and clean,its character,nice commy beds,and obviously the price.

being given a room on the top floor,was a little tight walking up the stairs,and my partner has trouble with her knees,would have been better if we had stayed on the 1st floor.

From the warm welcome to the friendly efficient service we received, there was nothing we could fault about Robin Hill. We had a lovely room with tasteful deco, a wonderfully comfortable bed and a large, well designed and spotless en suite. Breakfast was good too.

Parking on the steep drive can be tricky but the proprietors have done all they can to make it work for their guests.

Very close to centre, but enough distance from the evening life, breakfast was very well presented and plenty. Room was comfy and clean.

Room was tired, needed a revamp.

It was close to the city centre and harbour area.

A really clean and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast superb. Service tops. Location excellent. Price very good. Would recommend to any one, but there are a lot of steps.

Nothing really, though the structure is in need of refab.

Only one small point only offered orange juice as a cold drink with breakfast. My son cant drink citrus. A choice of fresh apple would have been good, as is in most hotels / b&bs.

Room hadn't been cleaned very well as there was an empty cigarette packet on the floor beside the bed.Skirting boards were dusty.Facilities generally tired.The shower door came off in my hand whilst i was inside the cubicle trying to shut it,realised it was actually on the wrong way around in the first place with the towell holder facing inside the cubicle,hence it stopping the door from closing shut! Had other rooms been available we would have asked to be moved.

Very nice and gentile family hotel. Would come again as the rooms were really nice, clean and everything works. Fantastic breakfast and very nice hotel family. Hugs.

Close location to town centre and well priced

It was a pleasent few days stay,I fact we stayed another day.The staff are very pleasing and helpfully, they even let me bring my dog in I would certainly recommend it to any one.

Parking can be a problem

We had a lovely weekend break. The hotel was exactly what we needed. The team there were lovely and very helpful.

Friendly and polite staff with very good service, location just what we required within walking distance from the seafront but far enough away to be quiet.Breakfast was very good and service was excellent.

room not great, second floor, no view but out all day so only spent a few hours at the hotel so not a problem

the robin hotel is set in a nice part of torquay with lovelly garden. the breakfast was superb and the four of us all enjoyed it. the family that own it were welcoming and friendly. The bedroom was modern tasteful and comfortabel.
