Excellent location with very good and charming staff. Our room was excellent with a luxurious bathroom. A good lively bar and breakfast was first class. Our stay was spoilt by the fact that internet access is not included and the hotel (which charges high-end prices) was demanding £15 per day to connect. If this charge is not removed, I would not stay there again.

Good location and welcome. The dining room service was not to the standqard of a 5*. The room was not really un to 5* standard. Tyhere was a smell of bad or unclean drains in the batroom.

Le service tarditionnel de qualité. La propreté. La situation parfaite. Taxi à la porte (moins cher que le métro). Disponibilité immédiate du personnel. Le chauffage sur demande. Le prix. Mais cela va avec la ville elle-même.

Todo el personal del hotel es excepcional, próximo, amable y eficaz, siempre atento a todos los detalles para que el cliente se sienta cómodo. El hotel es muy confortable y muy acogedor,. El restaurante ofrece una comida gourmet y el bar tiene por la noche un ambiente muy agradable para tomar una copa. Su situación en el corazón de Mayfair es inmejorable. Sin duda hay otros hoteles con una apariencia más lujosa, pero si por lujo se entiende el trato al cliente y el confort, Brown's es único. Hemos estado el matrimonio en una habitación executive y nuestro hijo de 18 años en una classic. La habitación doble estandar (classic) es algo pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría. Merece la pena pagar algo más por la "executive" que está muy bien.
