Very good (albeit small) gym with good equipment - fruit and water available as refreshments. Staff were extremely helpful and chatty. It is a very elegant place. Very comfortable room - lovely bed and linen. Nice toiletries. The room we had was quite small for the price - not alot of room around the bed.

The Tea was wonderful. Shopping and tourist attractions just a few steps away. My husband and I were very disappointed in our room. I made reservations 2 months early and was given a room at the back side of the hotel. The room's colors and decor were flat and unappealing.

Staff were helpful, attentive and made us feel very welcome and valued. Bedroom was small bur adequate.The bathroom was spotless and in excllent order. Wardrobe contained excellent selection of hangers . Loved Donovans Bar. Terrific service. Great atmosphere. I woud definately stay here again. Cooked Full English Breakfast was disappointing. Coffee at Breakfast was so weak and cold. Toast tasted as though it had been made several hours before. Waiter was the only member of staff we encountered who appeared to be bored by his job. Needed prompting for butter etc. We didn't breakfast at the hotel after that.

立地条件はいい 勝手に強引に部屋のグレードアップができると早口でまくしたてられ、 あっちが言い出したのだから本来差額なんて発生しないはずなのに 1日100ポンド以上高く取られた。 しかももともとの中庭に面した静かな部屋ではなく、裏通りに面したすごくうるさい部屋だった。 アフタヌーンティーも激マズで2度と行きたくない！ 予約していても変な座席ばかり勧めるし、客層も落ちていた。 もうすっごく不愉快

Der jederzeit freundliche professionelle Service. Das Luxus in typisch Londoner Ausprägung sowie die Gastronomie bei hoher Leistung und angemessenem Preis.. Das gepflegte Interieur Die optimale Lage und Anbindung an Heathrow. Nachfragen zur Reservierung wurden trotz Wiederholung nicht beantwortet, wobei zu vermuten war, dass es sich um einen einmaligen Organisationsfehler handelte; denn ansonsten war der professionelle und sehr freundliche Service vot Ort bemekenswert.

スタッフの対応がマニュアルではない心のこもった暖かさのこもった感じでくつろげた。ケトルを貸してくれと- 頼んだら、一緒にティーカップやコーヒー紅茶も持ってきてくれた。また、写真をとってくれと頼んだら、何枚- もいろいろな場所でとってくれた。 みんなとても親切だった。 ロビーや廊下に段差が多い。

It was our second stay in the year, and we confirmed we had a right choice. We were fully satisfied with friendly sufficient services, great location, and quiet circumstances. The only regret for us was that we could not eat wonderful apple cranberry pie due to the season.

Concierge staff - all very helpful and friendly. Reception and Restaruant staff not particularly welcoming with a few exceptions. A/C in the room dreadful - even after calling the technician several times. Problem not resolved. Unfortunately, since I was having an eye operation, I was not up for changing rooms / changing hotels, but under normal circumstances I certainly would have.
