Tenia en la habitacion una cocina donde te podías preparar un te o café.Su situación. Es muy difícil encontrarlo, estuvimos mas de una hora dando vueltas hasta que lo encontramos. Bastante ruidoso durante la noche.La puerta de la habitacion se cerraba solo con una cadenita, lo cual me pareció bastante inseguro |

Me pareció que la relación calidad-precio era buena. El hotel es acogedor y tiene unas habitaciones con baño increiblemente espaciosas, limpias y silenciosas. Respecto a su localización, está al lado del Natural History Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Victoria and Albert Museum, Kensington Gardens... en una zona bien comunicada con el resto de la ciudad por bus y metro, bonita, segura y tranquila. No es posible abrir las ventanas de la habitación. |

Quiet and peaceful. Close to all amenities and places of interest such as Hyde Park and the Albert Hall. Excellent selection for breakfast also evening meal very good. Friendly staff. The evening meal was rather rushed as we were going to a concert at 7.30pm and the staff were rather slow to take our orders. They did not seem prepared for a 6.00 opening. |

How near it was to the albert hall Very poor service at breakfast time only two waiters no plates or cereal bowls as short staff and they were in the dishwasher, hot glasses for cold drinks and wasnt offered the other menu, when asked if they could put the glasses under cold water we got a very big sigh. We did report this to reception. |

Proximity to Royal Albert Hall. Booked standard double room but upgraded to 1 bedroom appartment atno extra cost It was not clear on booking form whether breakfast was included with the quoted rate. On arrival at hotel, found it was not and thought price rather high. |

It was the ideal location for our visit to a show at the Royal Albert Hall.Also, we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade. The Dining Room, which was very hot and claustrophobic when we ate breakfast there. |

Convenience to the Royal Albert Hall, Kensingston Park/Palace and shops The room had no heating at all therefore was uncomfortable during the night and morning. We tried to adjust the thermostat with no result. The next question is difficult to answer because of the lack of heat, however the location is terrific. |

My wife Alison and I fully enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A little disapointed that the breakfast did not indicate (advertise fully ) that items such as toast or kippers were on the menu. We paid £12:50 each for 1 cup of coffee a pot of tea for one and a bowl of cereal each. Maybe next time we will ask. Who has never heard of toast not being readily available. The breakfast put on however for other users looked reasonable quality. |

I liked the fact that the hotel is situated close to the Royal Albert Hall. It is also well positioned for easy access to local tube stations and bus stops. The staff are very helpful and were even happy to open up the bar so that we could have a nightcap after returning to the hotel after it had closed. There are facilities for storing luggage after checking out. I think the price of the breakfasts are expensive, also the bar closes too early. |
