Score from 1268 reviews Very good
Comfortable bed; close to a shopping mall (the Galleries) and city centre; private bathrooms are good
Bathrooms with no curtains so everywhere gone wet after shower.
It's (relatively) cheap and it has a kitchen.
I had a very sagging mattress. The common bathroom looked liked it could be demolished any time.
Standard good hostel
Noise at night (bar downstairs), but it's fine with ear plugs
Friendly staff & great location
Good location, bowl pub, good value
Noisy at night from other people in kitchen or living and corridor.
The hungarian receptionist was very friendly and helpful!
The locker in the room was broken. Incredible dirty kitchen. Free wifi was s**t ! The bar staff very adversary...
Service, value for money, location, facilities.
very big hostel, but quite easy to find new friends, very central
Location, price, comfy bed with clean sheets.
It was so hot to sleep, shower room isn't the nicest nor cleanest, staff aren't that friendly or welcoming, having to pay for towel.
The staff was very nice the people staying there all looked happy
Wasn't very clean
Internet access. ping pong. kitchen area. Free coffee in the morning. Friendly staff.
Toilets and showers together in one pod. Not enough of them upstairs and half were out of order. Horrendous noise and far too hot.
Lound noise It's the club not the place to sleep. So I can't get sleep enough
Much noise in the street and window does not close.
The location is brilliant, the beds are comfy and the staff were lovely, particularly one of the girls, I didn't get her name. I quite the kitchen/communal area. It's spacious and clean. The hostel is lively and I'm sure if you wanted to meet people it would serve you well.
It's not really the hostel's fault, but the bathrooms could have been cleaner, although other than cleaning them after every single person, I don't know what could be done. If people just were more like cats and weren't so uurrrgh, it would be fine. I also found it a bit depresssing that people were living there longterm, but that says more about me than them. But the slight whiff of vagrancy in the air would get you down!
Value for money
Couldnt understand some of the stuff
really good location, near to the bus terminal and the city central
the toilet and bathroom need a bit more improvement, but overall its still alright
No place to change your clothings privately.
Great location and good common areas
Most of the bathrooms are out of order, very small bedrooms, quite noisy. If you are a girl, AVOID mix dorms
Great value for money and location to bus station.
The map from bookings.com was dreadful! Was only a 5min walk from the bus station but thanks to the map ended up going around in circles. So badly advertised and signs very poor would easily be missed. Check in at 3 was very late as we had been travelling all nite and wanted to rest.
its perfect for group
fun place to be, city in close walking distance, friendly staff, free wifi - also in some rooms, common room
rooms were partly a bit dirty, furniture and facilities partly run-down, noisy street and hostel; people played loud music way after midnight
location , staff,
no breakfast, but you can cook, noisy
Central location, fair prices, clean facilities
No wifi in the rooms, only one socket in a double bedroom (!)
cool and friendly vibe
Cleaner lounge area
